Wait, wasn't she working as a BUS MONITOR? Yes, those little scumbags were way out of line, but her JOB is to CONTROL those little freaks. And at her age she really should have a thicker skin.
I'd have just let the little wankers mouth off while recording everything, then tell them "Smile! This is going straight to the principal's office and tour parents' email accounts, so they can see the kind of animals they're raising."

Stupid swagfags, thinking that they are better than everyone else. But the above does have a point, someone should have done something, it is not right for someone to be harassed in a public area. Seriously, who cares how she looks, she was jsut doing her job and that's what matters.
Those kids also should get a ban on going on buses that she works on, to avoid further abuse.
