The Story So Far: The woods used to be a commonplace for villagers - they visited the harvest god's shrine at the center of the forest. The place has long been abandoned, and now its residents include animals and small sprites. The shrine is still there, the somewhat broken stone steps leading up to it. A small pond rests next to the shrine, where it is believed that the water sprites have taken residence there. There is a path that runs through the woods, big enough for a wagon to pass through, but few venture into the forest. The woods get lighter and lighter towards the center, and the shrine is fully exposed to the sun's bright rays. The path stops by the shrine, and goes around it. Only travelers pass through these woods.
