Rules
Δ Pets can only use Taijutsu and Ninjutsu that you taught them. [ Only Tamer available to the Tamer Class ]
Δ They are subject to Genjutsu, including their owner's.
Δ Please be aware that your application for a fighting pet may be rejected if you have a too many things, that includes: Bloodlines, Clans, Summons ( Which wouldn't apply to Tamer's) and Demons.
Δ Pets may not be used to break any of the regular rules - this includes the use of pets for meta-gaming. [I.E. You do not know what your pet knows unless it has told you]; which adds, that only a Tamer Class can actually speak, with the animal.
Δ Please add the pet's info in your profile as well. As well as everyone can only have one pet per RPC. [ If you are not a Tamer Class.]

I just woke up and haven't really put too much effort into him yet.) Description: He wears big glasses and a scarf because he's so in touch with himself. I don't really have a problem per say, but a few things to clear up ^^:
*) So I'm assuming this is an Healer pet?
*) Though he can talk, I would really prefer him to be able to be understood by the owner and that of the Tamer Class.
*) The poison part. If the person is poisoned by say... An B+ poison. Would it be safe to say it is out of his range of healing ability.
Other than those things... I don't see to much of a problem. ^^

What you're asking to do here would require a mixing of elements, AKA a Kekkei Genkai. I'm not allowing a pet to have it's own bloodline element. There was one clan in filler that could control frost and ice without a bloodline, but they could only do it on already existing ice. They couldn't make their own. Because making your own requires a bloodline.

It seems to be entirely dependent on the dog in question. Akamaru is older and more skilled now and still cannot talk. So if it were dependent on skill or age then Akamaru should be able to talk now. I don't see how this is even an issue. The ability to talk doesn't really give them any kind of bonus in battle if they could communicate with the owner anyhow. So there is absolutely no reason to deny it the ability to talk when it plays no part in anything apart from plot reasons.

Not so sure about the talking part, it's unnatural for a pet. Could you put it only talks telepathically with it's owner? More believable since one of my characters is a tamer too and talks with his companion telapathically
