Name of guardian: (TBD) I am NOT naming him again until I obtain him. I have had 3 names now picked out and then taken... so... to make sure he doesn't have a name that I get attached to again. I am not naming him prematurely. Reason this is so important: his name will reflect in SOME way rebirth/death/etc. There will be a connection with this buck and Lorena's mother, so naming is very important (at least to me).

Description/links: blue dun paint - a combination of a blue dun/paint (I like limited white, looooove face mask and maybe a white stocking or two)
blue dun (aka grulla) : they are really more of a gray-black but the way the sun hits it, they look almost blue; markings include darker (usually almost black) dorsal strip down their back, nose, ears and feet, with "zebra stripes" at their knees and hocks
Edits: (in my dreams) I would love him to have Lorena's gold heart locket (it does have a fairly long chain) tangled in his antlers
About this buck: He is to be a very solid-standing buck. Lorena has a wild heart, not the greatest thing in a time when woman are supposed to be meek and compliant. This will be her rock: especially in a time when he mother is gone and her father is not getting any younger. Where Lorena quietly fights against the expectations of society, the buck is a firm reminder that she still needs her people and cannot necessarily do everything on her own. Once in awhile, you need those you can trust and count on. Also, as kind of a background about him: I plan on him being an "old soul" - a reminder of the past and also those who have died. There will be a connection between him and Lorena's mother: a deep stare of 'disapproval' when the child talks too loud indoors, a gentle nudge of encouragement when a cute guy walks by, and so forth.
