Okay guys so we need to decide where Area Evolutions would happen. It makes sense for Moss Rock to be in Icunga and for Ice Rock to be in Mount Fros. However I'd like to make sure that this is okay with all of you first. So let me know what you think!

Those are both fine with me - to be frank, they're so obvious I don't think we really even needed to say them xD.
As for the magnetic field Pokemon, we should probably either use the Mt. Fros cave or somewhere on Victory Road for those Pokemon.

Argh, please don't put the magnetic field in Victory Road.
That's WAAAAY too far out, and would make me a sad panda if I had a Magneton or a Nosepass. (Not that I will.)
Mt. Fros Cave is the better choice, in my opinion.
I like the Moss being in the Forest, and maybe the base of Mt. Fros for Ice, just to make it easier on trainers. Unless you want to make them really WORK for that Eevee evolution and make it a JOURNEY.

Let me show you my pokemon!
They're already kickass at levels 21-23!But I guess one day they're going to be maxed at level 100 the way I'm going at it. Only ... 800+ more posts to go, right? And I'm going to train more than just six for Nolan.

It looks like most of the work has been done for you though on the TC starters.
I like a lot of the lists that's been brought up. I wouldn't sweat it too much, and if it all starts to stink too much, just make it the original 15 starters everyone else gets.And for berries, maybe give everyone mystery seeds to plant in their own Berry Pots once they get to a certain gym? Then they can RNG which Berry grows and how many. And I like the idea that move re-learners and deleters go in the small towns where people might otherwise not go there, since there's no gym.

The same place all little baby pokemon come from ... eggs! Or stolen eggs.
Just like the Laboratory, make a sub-lab just for TC? It'll also help the higher-ups of TC keep track of who's joined.Oh, I haven't spotted the Icunga Forest Orchard yet. But yeah, looks like it's all handled? What else is there to do? Oh and not my original idea, so I won't take credit for the location idea of move learners/deleters.
