In celebration of this most glorious day, A massive group of oddish will up root themselves to begin their anual migration to their evolution grounds.
It would last the entire weekend, and they can be found EVERYWHERE. Except caves, lakes, and Mt. Fros. But they are weeds so they grow just about anywhere theirs sunshine and dirt. (so that tiny patch of accumulated dust on a pokemon center roof, yea its watching) Their levels match the location the reside in.
say, a 1-50 is an Oddish
commons are 51-75
uncommons are 76-80
Rares are 81-95
and super rares are 96-100

No Oddish for him D= Yeah, sucks to be you XDDD Meh, he'll be the first one to get a gym badge... but no Oddish >_< Yeah. I don't think whoever gets their badge first matters, everyone'll get there in the end, the idea is to make a good plot :3

I have a couple ideas for my character for plot. But I'll need to pretty much mess with a couple of Team Celestias first.

He starts messing with TC after his discovers them, mostly out of distaste for them. Eventually he randomly goes missing, leaving all his Pokemon in the PC, save Argos, without a trace. I'm planning to get someone to kidnap him after like the 6th-8th gym badge.
