So, after the successful conclusion of the last few RPs, I've decided to open discussions on the next set. This time around, we'll have an RP specific for each branch. I've a few ideas of my own for the RPs, and I'll run them by you:
Army: "From Bad to Worse" (In Progress)
For this one, the Dark Legion's Army has been contracted by the leader of a small Middle Eastern country. The country's economy is in shambles following a massive famine in the country, and while the government is doing its best to keep the country together, the citizens have been growing restless, and their protest are growing increasingly violent. The Army has been called in to deal with the rioting masses in a non-lethal fashion, but beware: Some citizens are armed with more than just crowbars and improvised weapons.
Air Force: "What's So Civil About War, Anyways?"
The Air Force has also been contacted by a government leader, but this time in eastern Africa, and under more dire circumstances. His country is embroiled in civil war, and he and his family have been in hiding, attempting to leave the country quietly. Unfortunately, he has been discovered by rebel forces, and now he and his family are trying to escape the besieged airport and fly across the border, out of the country and to safety. It will be the Air Force's job to not only protect the plane from ground attacks as if taxis for takeoff, but also from airborne threats as the rebels' surprisingly well-equipped air forces give chase as well.
Marines: "Tropic Thunder" (In Progress)
The Legion Marines have been contracted now, by the US government, for an operation reminiscent of the famous Operation Just Cause. A drug baron and notorious terrorist Francisco Dela Meurte has taken up residence in the Amazon jungle. Recently, he has taken to ordering small attacks on the US/Mexico border to distract border guards while his men smuggle a new, extremely potent and addictive form of methamphetamine, nicknamed Jungle Rot, across the borders to distribute. Unfortunately, they cannot get permission from Brazil to allow troops into the country due to recent political instability, so the Legion is to do the job instead.
Navy: Unknown
Still trying to figure something out. If anyone has any ideas, PM it to me with the title, "Navy Mission Outline"
Ok, there's what I got. Feel free to discuss your thoughts and ideas.
