To Cartoon Network's feedback part on their site, detailing why it's important they bring back old-school Toonami.
If you didn't know, for April Fool's last night, Adult Swim ran a block of Toonami instead of their general anime shows.
Gundam Wing Tenchi Muyo Outlaw Star Ruroni Kenshin Yu-Yu Hakusho Blue Sub Big O
And more. It was amazing. I loved it so much.
I want my nephews to grow up with it like I did. Not like 24-minute long glorified toy commercials that pass for cartoons now. sad

I was madly in love with Toonami in my youth. Sadly, with my satellite broken, I can't watch cartoons, Japanese or otherwise, in my room.
Regardless, I'd love to see Tom back. He was my hero. He was my friend I FOUGHT TO SAVE HIM. AND I FOUGHT ALONGSIDE HIM. AND OTHERS. MULTIPLE TIMES.
They forged a camaraderie between Toonami and me, with me and everyone who watched it.
And it was great. Wonderful. I miss Tom. I don't even watch that channel anymore unless someone makes me (kids, girlfriend, etc.) and that's just not a very often done thing.

Yeah, I watched Toonami every day after school basically from 2000 - 2003.
I got really sentimental when Toonami ended a few years back and wrote my feelings on it, but I just think the stuff they air on that block of shows is so much richer in entertainment and stuff like life lessons for the new generation of cartoon watchers than stuff like Ben 10 and Johnny Test.

I definitely lost interest in Cartoon Network after they stopped playing Toonami. Late night Toonami was the best. I stayed up way past my bed time to watch it, heh heh.

Sinacious They played Tenchi? I can't believe I missed it. crying apparently it was an episode that had never aired in the US before. And to be honest, I didn't remember a lot of elements at all. Like, Tenchi was battling some guy in space and then he like traveled through dimensions? I dunno. I want Tenchi Muyo and Tenchi Universe on DVD now so bad
