I've played it once. I don't really like mmos, but this one isn't half. but be warned. the people you get paired with for online matches can be total whores. and not in the good way.

I know Alucio plays all the time, and I've given it a shot before. It's not my cup of tea, personally, but I mostly didn't like it because of the community. I, honestly, have never found a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. It is a decent game, though, and being free is a definite plus. I was actually considering redownloading myself. lol

It's really amazing if you have friends to play it with and you know what your doing. I suggest looking into some champions you are interested in first, and looking at good builds for them. It's amazingly fun, but not every champ is for everyone.
Also the community can be full of asshats, there are bigger elitists there than on Gaia, and that's saying something.

Then they tried to report me because I sucked. I was like "lolwat."
Some people take it too seriously. I play with some really great friends though, and they're not competitive assholes. Those are the best to play with, just casual leaguers, unless you get into a really good SR match. Just be warned, PvP is fun, but it takes for freaking ever.

So I should just play with my friends right? Because I am trying to avoid assholes. Don't just SOLELY play with friends, or you'll end up like me, level 16 with only like 16 wins lol I say play a lot of PvP with friends, but also, play it by yourself, and if people act like assholes, just don't talk, or argue with them and tell them to stfu. S'what I do.
Also what Dev said is right, I've had a few friends play a few hour+ long matches. It was insane. My longest PvP was only about 59 minutes though, from what I can recall lol You have to know if you play PvP, you HAVE to have time, otherwise if you have to leave during the middle of the match you'll piss SO many people off, and possibly get banned XD
You won't run into long matches like that though until you get into the really skilled players though.
