Welcome to the Gabron Ruins! Here you can find items that you can't find anywhere else! You just have to RNG for them! Make sure that your RNG is set to land anywhere from 1 to 600. YOU MUST ROLL IN THIS THREAD. Try to keep RPing in this thread up, especially if other people are around. Don't worry about not being able to find an item on the list once you RNG for it. On a PC press Ctrl F and on a Mac press Cmd F to quickly search the list for the number nearest to the one you received from the the RNG. That means if you get a 29 then look for 30 and see what the prize will be. You're allowed to edit any RNG posts made here. Remember: You need the Aero Badge to dig in the ruins! From: Starting out NewbiePost 100 What Chael found there wouldn't be a fossil as he walked into the ruins. No... it was a Golett. He, or rather it stomped the ground and charged. Chael opened his eyes excited. These things were rare, strong, and interesting. And this one would soon be his. "Water Gun!" he yelled as Argos leapt at Golett and gave him a face full of water. It shook it off, backhanding him with a Pound. Lizzy joined in and sent out a Thunder Wave, crippling its movements. But not before it launched a Mud Slap at the group. They all fell, getting up with some scratches. Argos bit it's arm before being thrown off. It looked kind of weak now but a trip to the Pokemon Center would fix that. Taking out his last Pokeball, he tossed it. Two shakes later and it broke free. It beat Argos again with a Pound, who shot another Water Gun at its stomache. Boy, this thing was tough! Seeing his chance, Chael ran and picked up the ball again. With a spin he threw it and three shakes later it was his! Alright! His Pokemon leveled up from the experience. He picked up the Pokeball. Before he even THOUGHT about digging he would have to go to the Center. And that's what he did after returning his team. He left the gate and found himself back on route 2. Well this was good day thus far. What could go wrong? Post 101 A Yamask could go wrong. One pulled the boy back as he landed on his rear. "What the heck?" he questioned. The ghost stared him down as he sent out Fear. She jumped from her Pokeball and used Bite! Luckily it was a Dark type move... Yamask yelped as she attempted to use Astonish, only she flew THROUGH the Rattata. Fear taunted her by waving her tail around. Angrily, the ghost used Disable! Ha, that'll show her! Except Fear used Pursuit, another Dark type move. Soon the Yamask was knocked out cold. Getting up, Chael groaned "What was that?" Fear shrugged. Maybe the Golett knew. Sending it out he decided he'd better name it first. "Ok Epsilon, I need to do some mining. Lead the way." he said. Epsilon nodded and walked towards the west. Dusk was approaching so they'd better hurry. But at least they had a ghost to lead the way. Post 102 As the trio walked around, a Solrock and Lunatone challenged them. Chael could use a psychic Pokemon but he had no Pokeballs and his team was filled. Besides his idea of a dog based team was gone too. Meeting Belle and Max changed his outlook a bit. Solrock sent a Fire Spin their way and Epsilon jumped in front of it. Being a ground type it did barely anything. He made a yell at the Solrock, using Astonish no doubt. The ghost waves from Epsilon's noise easily hurt the flying meteorite. Lunatone chose to help his counterpart and rammed into their ghost in the form of Rock Throw! "Fear, use Pursuit and Epsilon use Astonish!" Chael commanded. His Golett yelled at Lunatone, making it flinch while Fear rammed into Solrock with darkness collecting around her. The Solrock flinched from the last Astonish so now things were looking up for the trainer. The Solrock and Lunatone bumped into each other and collected psychic energy. The sun was setting and you could vaguely see the sun and moon. Not good. With one last charge they sent a powerful Confusion their way! Epsilon looked weak after taking the hit but Fear would last longer. The golem leapt and whacked both rocks together as a last ditch effort and soon they won. "Whoa." Chael said calmly. Yeah, that Golett was strong for sure. He returned Fear and sprayed Epsilon with a Potion. Then the golem went back to leading the way. ((Yeah, just so nobody goes "How are you meeting these Pokemon?", they're from the rolls I made when I was trying to get my Golett. <3 flying rock monster.)) Post 103 A Baltoy spun along past Chael, going about its business. Turning around, it charged Chael. The boy took a step back as he sent out Argos. The gator spat out water, distracting the Baltoy long enough to Bite it! The ground type, angered, used Psybeam, sending out a pinkish beam that struck the Totodile. It hit the ground, sending mud into Argos's face before the water type even had time to react. "Water Gun!" Chael called out as Argos sent more water Baltoys way! Once it passed out, Chael scratched his head. "What's with all these Pokemom attacking me?" he wondered as he recalled Argos. Epsilon shrugged, continuing his walk with his trainer. Sand brewed in front of Chael. Soon jumped out a... From: Trouble In Blyse City~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hm. The damage to Route 1 wasn't as bad as he thought it would be. Dante must have stopped it before it could get serious. Shame... and here he thought he could send an expensive bill to the Gym Leader to squeeze some money out of the rich b*****d. Now at the ruins, Des looked around. There was countless treasures here. Now all he had to do was find some to swipe. And so he started digging... With some careful digging skills as not to leave tracks or evidence behind, he managed to unearth a Metal Coat. That was pretty cool. He didn't have anyone who needed it, but they could always sell for a high price. An excellent find. 6

Post 106 Nothing. Again. Frustrated he dug once more and found a stone. He picked it up, dusting off the dirt. Whoa, an evolution stone! A Shiny Stone to be exact. He put it in his backpack as he patted his new Golett. "Thanks Epsilon." he said, figuring he had dug enough. There was a new guy there too. Wonder who he was. Deciding his team deserved to stretch their legs, he sent them all out. A female Sandile caught Argos's eye and Chael raised an eyebrow. Really? His Rattata shared the same look. "Be careful not to user Water Gun with that drool Argos." he said, serious tone as ever. The Totodile glared daggers as the Sandile noticed him, giggled, and walked away. With the Metal Coat stored away in his bag, Des dug some more wondering what other treasures he could find. Maybe another rare item or something. Sure enough, after some more careful minutes or so of digging, his hands brushed against something that wasn't sand. It was hard, and even sent a jolt through him. Shaking it off, he quickly but carefully dug around the item before revealing the source of the jolt: an Electizer. Sweet. This was even rarer than the Metal Coat he found. Once it was carefully extracted from the earth and stored in his bag, Desiderio got up. He was half-tempted to go dig one more time when he heard a voice not too far from his position. He froze in place. s**t, was it-- wait, that was a kid's voice. He peered over one of the broken walls to see some young Trainer scaring off a Sandile with his Totodile. Huh... so someone was actually past Blyse City's gym. Interesting... Well, there was no point lingering around for too much longer, so it was probably best if he bailed for the time being. 7

Post 107 A Natu flew by Chael, chirping as it did so. The boy ignored it, letting his Pokemon enjoy their break before they went back to training. The guy looked like Chael had scared the wits out of him. Weird. Nevertheless he was looking at his Eevee. Now he had the tools to evolve him. There were about seven 'eeveelutions.' But which would he choose? Well Vaporeon and Jolteon were out of the question. So five choices. He could tell this would be a difficult choice. "Umbreons are cool but sadly I already have a ghost type to fend off psychics. And I have Argos who'll learn Ice Fang so there goes Glaceon." he said to himself, trying to decide. As Des made his escape, his foot caught onto a snag, causing him to stumble. Glaring over at where he tripped, he saw that he had tripped over nothing. What a pain. It was stupid. "Hey, did you find anything digging out here?" he called out to the boy with his team of Pokemon out. From the looks of it, he was talking to himself about what Pokemon he should get for his team. 8

Post 108 Now the man called something out to him. "Just a Shiny Stone!" Chael called out back. Geez, they were far from each other. No wonder they had to yell. The guy seemed to have tripped on thin air... who did that? Seeing him as an 'the odd man who's approaching an eleven year old' he decided it wouldn't look well on his part if he wasn't a trainer. If he was a trainer, he'd just look like a guy handing out tips. If he wasn't, then he'd be some adult freak who'd he'd have Argos go eat for lunch. Lovely, no? Post 109 Bored slightly, Chael asked "What did you find?" Argos gave a little growl when he saw Des. He smelled weird to the alligator. The other Pokemon were either playing with each other or racing in a large circle. Except for Argos and Epsilon who blankly stood in front of his trainer. A Solrock floated by, curious as to see what was up. Eventually it left, figuring it was a matter of time before one of the trainers tried catching it. "Nothing much. I might take what I find and trade it for better stuff in Blyse City. I have no real use for an Electrizer since I don't plan on picking up an Electabuzz, and if I pick up a Scyther or Onix then I'll be more inclined to use the Metal Coat." he said with a bored shrug as he slid his hands in his pockets. He then started walking towards Chael. "You must be pretty decent if you beat the first gym. That's the only reason why people are allowed out here at the ruins anyway. Fancy a quick battle?" he offered. 9
