An outdoor version of her dorm, excluding the furniture of course. Sand. Lots of sand, and water. Some sea life here and there, but strange trees grow from the ground. At least... she thinks they are trees, right?
Regardless, Bea was actually excited about this next event, even though her scribbles were incorrect last round. Perhaps, this time they could have a bit more luck. And speaking of luck, fortunately for her, her whole room has water and sand crap all over her dorm. Maybe she could put her underwater skills to good use! Maybe...
"Okay, team! Sandcastle, right?" Bea thought for a moment, "My fallenjox and I used to build sandcastles together but they were always on a much smaller scale. So, maybe if we add..." she scanned the area really quickly, "OH! How about this drift wood?" Bea picked it up and tossed it over to Danny and Gene.

BEACHHHHHHHH.
If it wasn't for the impending death hole next to her, Danny would LOVE the beach. Warm sun, nice sand, shirtless Rikki- what else could she need? It would be perfect if it wasn't for the actual water part. Maybe she could arrange it so they'd change it to lava.
So a sandcastle was their goal? That was easy enough. You just piled sand. She sat down on the beach and, after a moment of soaking up how warm the grainy substance was, she began clawing at the sand, making a beautiful ... well lump.
As she made her pile, she began surveying the surroundings. There was Roch's team (note to self; Roch was gross without a shirt on. Rikki on the other hand ...), and Danny got a ginormous kick out of Edel dying on the sand over there. Now Roch and Rikki were attacking each other with starfish. As mad she was at Roch ... that was adorable. This was totally payback for ruining Christmastival! Best challenge ever- minus ocean.
"Guys this challenge is SO easy," she said, still digging. Suddenly a log came flying at her, and Danny's only instinct was to catch it. She then squished it right in the middle of their castle. "There! Our sand castle is perfect!" Yes Danny. Your lump of sand is just gorgeous. You are the black swan of sand castle making.

The beach? Gene was down with the beach. Sure, it was roasty toasty, but there was water there if she ever needed to get in. A few of her coworkers had come to see her perform, and she gave them a wave as she took off her shirt to reveal her bikini top, totally not inspired by Danny's, except it was. It was white, with little brown zigzags over it. Totally cute and chic.
Bea sent a log sailing their way, and Danny had already done what she did with it. She needed to make some sort of contribution to their Sand Awesome Castle of Amazing. The shore line was a good place to check, she figured. Dropping to her hands and knees, she scrounged around for anything, and coming upon a fully intact sand dollar. How lucky!
She returned with the sand dollar to only frown at the lump of sand with a log. Not epic at all. "Umm, Danny? Could you go help Bea find some more stuff? Let me take care of this one..." Danny was hip bumped to make room for Gene, before the doppelganger started to remold the...lump into something more castle like.

Bea took one look at that heap of sand.

Ohhhh, Danny. Bea shook her head.
"Um... Let me help too Gene." she made her way over and moved the driftwood to the side. "We can use this as a barrier or something."
With a few sand hugs towards her legs, Bea managed to get a good amount of sand for the castle. Maybe if we add a bit of water to it, it'll hold up. Bea really quickly added a splash of water here and there, careful enough to not hit Danny with it, and the sand was finally clumping and forming.

Danny might've been offended by the hip shove ...
... If she wasn't so gosh darn stupid. "Okay! I'll go look for things!" she said, happy to be of use. She stood up and brushed the sand off her from her little pile. Jackdamn she just loved this sun. For once it seemed everyone was followed her fashion too! Augh best ever.
"Sandcastles, sandcastles~" Danny sung as she combed the beach. The only problem was ... well all she found was sand. There was seriously nothing else on this beach. She almost went over to examine Rikki's body castle, but it seemed sort of ... unsportsmanlike.
She turned around to face her castle once more (HER BEAUTIFUL LUMP WAS GONE NOOOOO) and her eyes immediately went to Bea's teal head of hair. "Hey Bea ... hey Bea ... Get your head down near the castle!!" All the excites.

"Oh, good idea on the water Bea. And maybe if we narrow it at the top, kind of like tapering it? I think that would help it balance better..." Gene kept working while talking, hands rubbing up and down the grainy sand tower that was currently being fashioned. Yes, yes, this was good. Maybe the could add some ridges at the tip, to be aesthetically pleasing? The ghoul knew the trial wasn't about looking good, but...
"Danny, why does she need to put her head closer? I'm not sure I follow..." She really wasn't even paying attention to the other two, though. Work, work, work. Gotta make it pretty.
She may have covered up one of Bea's fingers.

What the Jack? "Put my what near the castle?!" Bea snapped her head towards Danny. "Why would I want to do that now?" her eyes narrowed at the fire demon. Danny's excitement could only mean one thing...
... Well, Bea was unsure what it could mean but it made her feel a bit...
concerned.
She noticed Danny was not looking at her, perse but actually at her head. Bea's eyes widened, "Oooooh, no. What are you planning to do?" she grabbed onto chunks of her hair, securing them in her hands.
In the meanwhile, Bea was so concerned with Danny, she hadn't noticed that she was beginning to get covered in sand by Gene.

"Your head Bea!" Danny explained once more, rolling her eyes. Gosh people could be so slow sometimes! Clearly she was going to have to break it down for Bea. Oh well, she could carry this entire group herself if she needed to! Danny WOULD win with her lump!
She walked over to Bea and plopped down beside her, covering her in sand like Gene. "See your hair and seaweed and stuff," she said, pointing to it, "Don't you think it would look pretty next to the driftwood?"
Danny was beginning to pile up sand again. Someone should probably stop her before she destroys the entire thing.

Bea watched Danny roll her eyes... She rolled. her. eyes. at. her?
"Now, wait just a second---" Bea was suddenly dowsed in sand. Everything was sticking to her wet skin, and it was just EVERYWHERE in her hair. "AW! JACK DAMN IT, DANNY!" frantically trying to shake the sand off her head, "Do you know how long it takes to get sand out of your hair? Especially with my---
seaweed?" she looked over to that drift wood with a slightly disgusted look. Though the sandcastle did seem like it needed a pretty splash of color, Bea wasn't so sure if her head would be appropriate.
"... IF you can tell me three good reasons WHY we need my seaweed to build this sandcastle, I might consider it. But they have to be GOOD reasons. Not something stupid like 'cuz it'll attract birds' or 'it'll just make it look pretty' or something."

Danny thought for a moment. Did she have any reason for Bea's hair and seaweed?
... Nope!
"Well you see Bea," she said, her voice absolutely purring with mischievousness, "Our sandcastle is lame. It has no pretty things! No color! Only driftwood and neat shells and ..." She looked at the small puddle of water that was forming thanks to Bea, and side stepped it.
"Well the point is," she continued nonetheless, "Without some color it'll be ugly!" She lit a fist on fire (which, all things considered, probably wasn't a good idea since it was already ridiculously hot- not that Danny cared), and said, "I could toast the whole thing and make some pretty blacks and browns though!" She was excited now. "Oh my Jack the wood would look so pretty on fire!" Had Danny completely lost the point of her speech? Yes. Completely.

Bea wasn't sure where this was going, but did it matter? No. Because one ghoul decided fire would be a wonderful solution.
"NO NO NO-- OKAY OKAY! Just-- Put your flaming fist of excitement away from the wood. I think it'll serve better use if it wasn't burnt to charcoal..."
Bea looked over to the driftwood, then to the developing castle before she gave Danny a slow nod. "Fine. But... Since I'm doing this, I'm taking one for the team," Bea whined as she gently laid her head on the sand. She could feel the grain pouring down the sides of her head and neck. Oh Jack, how in halloween is this helpful to our sandcastle, IDEK.
"YOU GUYS OWE ME A FAVOR! I'M RISKING MY HAIR FOR THIS!" Bea gave another whimper and darted her eyes directly to Danny. "Now, go make yourself useful Danny, and build like... a sand wall or something around the castle. We might not have a moat, but I think it might help."

Nope Sorry. Danny couldn't get your sand wall Bea. She was too focused on a shiny red object in the water near the beach. Omj. It was so pretty.

Bea was only ... sort of buried, right? Gene had done a good job so far, but Bea could easily escape and be back in no time. No one would even notice!
"Beaaaaaaaa," Danny whined, her eyes wide and excited, "Bea I want it!" She started shaking Bea's arm lightly, "Bea! BEA!!"

"WHAT NOW?!" Bea rolled her eyes and glared at Danny. "What did you find?" It better be a good reason. What was the point of getting partially buried just to get up and get buries again? Was this ghoul TRYING to make Bea's hair suffer?

"I don't know!" Danny answered quite honestly, still excited. Poor Bea. There was a reason Danny wasn't friends with a lot of ghouls after all!
Danny stretched out her arm and pointed at the ocean and began to jump up and down a little. "Look see! Its all shiny and pretty!" Danny said, her eyes arched in happiness.
She gave her blueish friend a very serious look and said, "I want it!" Realizing that Bea was nearly half buried now, she said, "If you go get the shiny, how about we only use like ... I dunno ... your seaweed?" Danny smiled very innocently at Bea. C'monnn. Buy into those puppy dog eyessss.
