!!!Da Introduction!!! For everything you come across on Gaia there will be rules to keep everyone in line and happy. Sadly our little guild is not going to be any different. When there are rules in place things can run smoothly. 3nodding Without them everything might be total chaos.If everyone follows the rules then you will never have to feel my wrath. Or any of the moderators for this guild or for Gaia's wrath. emotion_yatta Do we have a deal?Great!

!!!Da Rules!!! 1! Respect. Something so simple but yet very important in your everyday life.Show everyone respect.You don't have to like someone but you can at least show them respect.
2! No flaming people. I understand you get angry but please an all out battle of words on someone is not nice.(And no one loves to roast people more than me...but if I can't neither can you)
3! Fake links I really don't want to see any of those here. It's spam and will probably wind up getting someone a computer virus which is just terrible. scream
4! When you decide to conduct a contest or giveaway please don't try to scam anyone.Not only will you be banned instantly but you will probably be reported to a higher Gaian authority and then banned from this site completely.
5! Whatever the crew says is law. I know we talked about respect well this also means you will respect the word of all crew for the guild.You don't have to agree with it or even like it but you have to respect it.
6! With regards to trolling. It's fun and most of us will laugh at it and find it funny but there are the limited few who are overly sensitive and will not find your trolling them funny. Trolling is not allowed on gaia but people still do it anyways. This is a confusing rule so pay attention.
a.Troll at your own risk.
b.Be mindful of others feelings and their reactions to your trolling.
c.Like with sex no means no. So if they ask you to stop please do and move on.
d. Rule added becauseIAmWaffleKing asked about it.
7!{Newly Added} It has been brought to my attention that no one seems to understand that the front page is only for announcements and things like that. Well this is me officially telling you that if I see anymore posts not made by crew or Captains on that front page I am going to proceed with the strikes system.It seems like every day I have to move a new post that was placed there.And I am sick of telling people not to do it. Now since I have made this rule you cannot say that you did not know about it since you are required to read all updated rules and such. And I sent out an announcement to all members about this new rule...so don't play innocent with me.I am nice...but I am serious. stare
8! All rules except for #1 and #5 are subject to change and new rules are also subject to be added in the near or distant future.When they are changed or added you are expected to read the updates so you cannot say I did not know it was a rule. xd

!!!Da Consequences!!! I think this might work best if we did this on a warning system.You know the justice system gives you the three strikes and then you have to stay in jail forever.But keep in mind no consequences will be enforced until the charges have been brought to the attention of the Captain.And once he is aware of the charges and approves the punishment then the consequences shall be enforced. 1st offense: You will get a warning if you are found in violation of any of the lesser rules(posting spam,not being respectful etc)
2nd offense: You were warned and yet you still were in violation of the rules.This will cause you to have a 3 day ban from the guild.After which you will be reinstated.
3rd offense: You were banned for not following the rules and then reinstated and you messed up again which means you are blatantly doing this and annoying people for the hell of it.This will result in you being permanently banned from the guild. You don't want to follow the rules then we don't want you here. !!!Special Instances!!! There are times when a special punishment is required! You tried to scam someone and they found out about it and reported you to a guild Crew member. Well that is instantly going to have you kicked out of the guild and you can never come back. It will also earn you a report to Gaia and they will probably ban your account.
You got angry and flammed someone. I think that actually goes against the Gaia T.O.S so the person might report you for that but if they do not then the 3 strike system applies.
You started a giveaway/ contest but you did not pay out the prizes for being a liar I feel like we should jump straight to the 2nd strike and ban you from the guild for 3 or more days. In the event that you decide to pay out on the prizes then your ban will be lifted immediately. 4laugh
The Goat Cancer Clause: You decided to post a fake link that was powerful enough a virus to cause computers to crash and become infected beyond repair. Sorry but that is not going to fly around here and you will have to be banned. Let this Clause serve as a reminder to you that you should not post links to things that do not work or to things that could be potentially harmful to the other users of this guild!

!!! Da Conclusion!!! In conclusion I would just like to say this is meant to be a fun place and it can be that way provided we all just live within the perimeter of the rules.Or if you can find any loopholes to skirt around the rules then you can have lots of fun!!! My main thing is just try to be respectful.I cannot stand people who don't take me seriously. I like to have fun as much as the next person but because I am fun loving and kind people take that for a weakness.I don't want to have to enforce these rules but if they are not followed then I may have to.They aren't that hard to follow really. Everyone do your best! yum_puddi

...I forgot all about that. eek I would rather you not aggravate people. But if they are taking the joke then I would allow it but if they ask you to stop you should. If it is all in good fun but the person does not find it funny they could end up reporting you to gaian mods and you could get banned. xp Damn now I gotta add a rule. XP

I work really hard to keep my computer clean and if some bastardized link jeopardizes my OS, I'd like the posters bloody head on a platter. You know? I use pirated software often so I'm constantly scanning my computer every day for GP (general principles) I have a cracked version of Norton as well so I have permanent coverage and never have to pay for it, but there's always a chance to get that crippling virus that will destroy your OS. Back in the times of DOS there was a horrific virus that would fry the motherboard.
