Nearer to the heart of the desert, amidst frequent sandstorms and the heat of the punishing sun, there is a dune of unmatched size, spreading out for hundreds of feet and rising high enough to look out across the Desert as far as the Glass Dunes. Atop this dune are four towers, each 20 feet high and constructed from sand pitted stone and metal and position near the dune's peak. Stabbed into the sand around each tower and hanging from their walls are dozens of threadbare banners of varying size and color. These are the marks of the Devil's Eye Tribes, united after the defeat of the Blood Barons.
The score of wilder guards that preside over the towers wear colors as varied as the banners, and their weapons are always drawn. What they are guarding is unseen, lurking beneath the dune to reveal itself only to those who are permitted.

( Alright Wulf. I'm going to have to ask you to edit out the "dragonfly" and the "meacha". Because nether are in your customs or NPC thread in the Citadel. Now you will need to apply for both in the Customs before you can actually use them.... Right now the only thing you can use is the NPC Crimson Legion soldiers in your Citadel NPC thread..... Don't go and make edits in the post in Citadel to get around the rules, Cause i CAN see when you do... You also will have to delete EVERY post in "The Andalusian Arena" with your "Meacha". Because as i can see, it doesn't exist. Therefore, you cant use it at all. I'll also be asking you to post up all your crimson legion tech in the customs as well. I don't care if it takes you hours to do so. I want every last armor upgrade, weapon, and tech in the customs for myself and all the other crew to look at. Your s**t must be approved before you use it. That's the rules. If you argue and refuse to do what i ask, then you shall be given a strike for not having any documentation on any of your stuff. )

Liliana brought the horse to a stop, nickering to it to help calm its senses. She could see the guards and the stones sang with power. Climbing down, she offered open arms to the men she could see but knew others would not. "I am Lady Liliana of Ernya. I come to speak with your Lord," she called out in a clear voice. She kept a tight reign on her power so as to not intimidate anyone.

Beyond the haze sand streaked on the wind near the first two towers, the Seer would see a dozen men; Among them a woman whose muscled androgyny was embodied by a wispy teal aura and that flowed with the wind around her. The others at the base of the dune were wilders of assorted tribes, but they looked far from helpless. Each had their weapon drawn, and each was focused on Liliana as she approached. The woman advanced towards Liliana while the others remained at their post. The sand parted around her, grains carried by an unseen current. High above her 8 more auras could be sensed, two in each of the towers. Under the desert stretch all around her, she might sense more through the sand. Many, many more. "We were expecting more Legion. What is your business with Valdiir, Lady of Ernya?"

"Your lord left a battleground gravely wounded," she said, unperturbed by the amount of people she could see. "I have a means to heal him. I also need to speak to him about further plans against that which threatens our world and took your Lady and fellow tribesmen from you." Liliana trained her eyes on the woman, seeking out the information about her she could see in all people.

The woman wilder scrutinized Liliana's features as she spoke, never bothering to blink away the sand that never touched her eyes. The hiss of the dune grains rolling over one another was the only noise that filled the gap between her response. "Triwinds owes you a certain debt, Liliana, and our Lord counts you as an ally. You are welcome in this place... but give the tribes wide berth today. Now is not a time to welcome strangers."The woman raised her right arm over her head, hand open and fingers out except her index and thumb. Behind her half the guards vanished over the top of the dune. A minute passed, and then a titanic rumbling issued from below them; a force of such magnitude that the dune on which the sentry towers stood writhed with sheets of descending sand. A construct of stone and hammered metals erupted upwards, appearing just out of view. A thunder of low brass echoed over them. "This way, Liliana. Mind your footing." The woman gestured for the Lady to walk beside her, and began the climb up the colossal dune.

Liliana nodded, watching the woman's mind to see the trickier spots to step. Around her, she drew small wisps of Air to keep the sand at bay as she descended into the undercity. "If Legion has been here, I do not fault them that precaution."
