I open the raffle as soon as I wake up on the 28th, generaly Chinese new year celebrations last 15 days, so this is how long you have to buy your tickets. You'll be able to buy tickets right up until Midnight (US Central Time) on the 12th. I will draw tickets on the 13th! Preference list will be in the form of numbers from 1-12 but you'll have NO IDEA which pet is in what envelope, so choose your numbers wisely!
