Seireitei United.Okay everyone, lets admit it, the guild is dead, it is over crowded, and we are in need of a fresh start, meaning a new guild. Personally I do not wish to keep the name Soul Reapers of the Seireitei as it is a creation of our old Kaicho, in which as it seems most members do not wish to be affiliated with him anymore. So with this I came up with the name "Seireitei United" in which will still keep the name Seireitei in it, this way we will still feel at home, but I bring in United as it will not only keep us united as old friends, and council members, but also to show that we have united the Shinigami, Vizard, and Arrancar together in Seireitei. The move will bring us to a new guild in which we can design more freely and keep things organized unlike how it is here after the beginning abuse of over bought subforums, but we can also make it look "Fabulous!" -Hand curving in the air- In the move we will bring our rules, new skeletons, and all of our systems. An extra addition to this vote is that Kage wishes to make a change to our rules in order to make things a bit better. In Seireitei United Kage wishes that we allow unlimited officer seats. She also would like secondary characters to be allowed to reach the level of officer or higher. [Votes]For Seireitei UnitedYes - [3] No - [0] Abstain - [0] Opinions - For ChangesYes - [3] No - [0] Abstain - [0] Opinions - Possibly allow up to Lieutenant rank.

I vote yes to both the new guild and the changes. We need to start over, this way we can get new members, fresh crew and get active. Also, making it more organized and easier to find things

I would like to explain why I asked for that to be changed. For secondary Characters, you really don't get to expand with your powers with only ever being a soldier. Actually most Captains do not count them as true functioning members in a squad, therefore if we let them be promotable.
Anyway, My vote is yes seeing that Tystra and I came up with most of the Idea. (And by saying that, I mean Tystra did most of the work, lol)

I vote yes to both of them.
A new guild will help with being organized and will just be appealing to the eye.
Allowing the secondaries to be promoted I think that's fine but I would suggest just letting them move up to Officer and possibly Lieutenant if the squad really needs a Lieutenant. The secondary would act as a sort of temporary Lieutenant and if the Captain sees promise in a different member (that isn't a secondary character) the two could switch out with the secondary possibly keeping the powers or skills they had as Lieutenant?
That's just my two cents on it other than that I love the ideas.

I vote yes but with the secondary character being allowed to move up in ranks I think that firstly they should go no higher then the person`s primary character in rank and that if they reach Lieutenant and there is a new member who is qualified to be a Lieutenant I think that the persons secondary should be required to step down to an officer level keeping their already unlocked attacks and powers.
One question though in the move will the squad numbers and specifications of that squad (Such as squad Ten being Executions and Investigations) Stay the same or will they change?

Kronovox One question though in the move will the squad numbers and specifications of that squad (Such as squad Ten being Executions and Investigations) Stay the same or will they change? The answer is Yes Krono. All of the squads will stay the same, and they will give the chance for people to switch squads without putting a vote up.

I was wondering about some of those things, actually. My opinion was that a fresh new start could help with the activity. I didn't think of what things could work, though. The name change is cool, giving it a new attittude and a new start. And the unlimited officers, yeah, those kind of tactics work to encourage people to step up their game and trying to reach thhe next rank, instead of..."Oh no, all the officer spots are full..." and that would gave them a reason either to change squads or resignate to their soldier spot, without interest of getting higher. So in conclussion, yes to both.
