Pretty simple really. Someone has been stealing everybody's jam! So, the point is, you have to accuse the person above you of stealing your jam and then provide "evidence" against them. That person may then dispute your claim and accuse you with their own evidence, or they may say that you're telling the truth but that it couldn't have been them, and proceed to blame someone else with supporting evidence.
For example:
Person 1: (Insert name) stole my strawberry jam because they were mad that I beat them in the International Jam Eating Competition four years ago, where they swore revenge against me and my exceptional jam eating capabilities.
Person 2: Yes, I did swear revenge against (Insert name) at the International Jam Eating Competition, but I couldn't have stolen the jam because I was on a plane to Siberia on a native head hunting expidition at the exact time that the jam was stolen. (Insert name) is framing me because he/she is trying to get back at me for eating his/her pet goat.

Krispykiks stole my grape jam because she was jealous of my beautiful feet. she put her feet in my jam to ruin it, that is why her toes are tinged purple.

cheesymuffin Krispykiks stole my grape jam because she was jealous of my beautiful feet. she put her feet in my jam to ruin it, that is why her toes are tinged purple. impossible! she was with me while i was going shopping. but it doesn't mean that my jam wasn't stolen. cheesymuffin! you stole my jam for what happened at the christmas party.

what? how can you accuse me off such a thing?! i was annoying manga at that very time which is how i got that bump on my forehead. *points to bump*
the real cuprit here is figglet she stole my jam when i wasnt looking!!

this could be just me... but i don't think anybody was supposed to plead guilty of stealing the jam... which btw i should tell you i did it because i didn't have any to go with my peanut butter sandwhiches... i'm sorry... wait... no i'm not... i lie... but somebody stole it from me... so hunt them down.
