Tier 1 Day 1 Attack 1 Megami Nekohime •Zero Bot Army •10 AC •Success! •40 HP •38 HP I have decided to look for the zero bot army after learning of their presence in town. I found them not very long after beginning my search. As I rounded the corner I saw a large group of colorless beings headed in my direction. With a quick flick of my staff I fired a ball of flame towards them. I managed to take out only two of them leaving the majority of the group standing before me. Upset at my attack, the rest of the army started moving more quickly towards me.

Tier 1 Day 1 Attack 2 Megami Nekohime •Zero Bot Army •10 AC •Fail! •38 HP •38 HP A bot knocked my arm away as I was fireing my next attack causing the spell to spin off into another direction. A total miss! I was startled for a moment and teleported back to plan my next move.

Tier 1 Day 2 Attack 2 Megami Nekohime •Zero Bot Army •10 AC •Success! •31 HP •16 HP I felt the surge of power coursing through me from the last spell and I was able to channel another full spell that added to the lingering charge left. A whirlwind tore through them eliminating half of the remaining bots! As their numbers were falling my confidence was quickly rising. "Yes! I could easily rid the streets of this monotone force of darkness and save Christmas for all of Gaia!" Not pleased at all, the bots treaded forward feeding off the energy of the Christmas lights all around them. The lights fizzled and popped one by one as the enemy walked past them closing the gap between us.

Tier 1 Day 3 Attack 1 Megami Nekohime •Zero Bot Army •10 AC •Fail! •16 HP •16 HP Power still flowing through me I decided to try to cast one more spell in an attempt to finish them off. Upon finishing the spell's chant all you could see was the power fizzle off the end of my staff. I had tried to chant the spell too quickly and botched the words! I thought to myself, "What a novice mistake! I can't believe this! How could I be so arrogant as to think I was skilled enough to recite the words that quickly without mistake! Now I've lost time. What ever will I do? My power has fizzled out and I need to take a moment to regain some before I can cast another spell. I shall have to create a delay..." I used what small amount of magic I had left to pop myself up onto a roof to rest a moment. The bots noticed where I ended up, but it seems they've decided their mission is more important then dealing with me now that I'm out of their way. They continued to march along the street destroying signs of Christmas as they neared them.

Tier 1 Day 3 Attack 2 Megami Nekohime •Zero Bot Army •10 AC •Success! •16 HP •5 HP After resting a short time and gaining what I thought was enough power to finish the army off, I popped back down behind them and chanted another attack. The bolt of lightening flew out of the end of my staff and began chaining them together. As the spell flowed from one to the next they began dropping like flies. Unfortunately the cast was not as powerful as I had previously estimated and was only able to defeat eleven of them. Although five is not many, it's still five more then I'd like to see. The remainder of the army turned to look at me and picked up a car as they walked back towards me.

Looking around I noticed that there was a lamp post between us. I timed my spell right and knocked the post down into a large puddle of water just before two of the bots landed in it. The other three were now closing in from the other side. I knew I had to think fast. I darted my eyes around me evaluating my situation.

Tier 1 Day 5 Attack 2 Megami Nekohime •Zero Bot Army •10 AC •Success! •3 HP •-12 HP With plenty of distance to chant my next attack I fired it without a problem. The black hole opened up wide enough to take the last three out along with sucking in every car on the block! With a sigh of relief I hear a faint song of victory playing in the background. Looking around out of confusion and thinking, "What the hell...?" I see a small marching band of four come from around the corner. I feel stronger now and more versed in my spells. This was my first real battle since I began my mage studies and, to be honest, I was a bit nervous when it started. However, now I am pretty confident that I can save Christmas!

Tier 2 Day 1 Attack 1 Megami Nekohime •Zero Zombie Army •13 AC •Fail! •60 HP •60 HP As I continued down the street I heard a large number of footsteps coming in quickly from my left. I turned to the direction they were coming from to see an army of zombies headed my way! Startled by the sight of them I jumped back and cast a fireball which hit the ground just before they reached where I had fired it. I shielded myself with a barrier all around me in an attempt to prepare my next spell.

Ugh! How could I be so novice like and allow something to break my cast! I have to work on blocking out the world more when I'm trying to finish a spell under strenuous conditions.

I cast a wind spell to push them back. The army was knocked down and slowly began to rise again and assemble themselves.

It came down between the enemy and I but didn't manage to hit any of them. Atleast this will buy me some time to make my next move.
