I say the whole timeline for that game was chopped all to hell if you consider parts of it shouldn't even make sense since Nightcrawler,Pyro,John Sublime and Mystique are dead at this point. Also the fact that quite a few of the characters were Out Of Character,like how Colossus made a joke about leaving someone behind,even if it was Quicksilver,who also by that time had nothing to do with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants anymore and Magneto by that time is an X-Man and Juggernaut's lost the Power of Cytorrak. Maybe I'm just looking too much into it. Because this also bothered me as well,how the hell do you get X-Genes from Juggernaut? He's not a mutant!
