For me, it's gotta be Apocalyptica when I saw them last year.
(Reference: "I Don't Care" by Apocalyptica.)
Sure, they were two hours late, and they were all clearly on something by the time they took the stage, but by god, by the end of a show (a very long set because ours was the only city where they didn't have their opening act with them) they could still hold their CELLOS over their HEADS and play, hours later!
I was in awe.
What about you guys?

I've seen Blink182 live twice. The first was more impressive because I got to see Travis Barker's flying drum solo (Really cool, look it up). The second time it was raining and they wouldn't let him do it neutral By the way, "I don't Care" is a sick song. The cello/ rock mix is really interesting

I love how they started off as a Metallica cover band, and now they have their own deserved fame. Plus, the way they collaborate with people from different bands is very cool.
I've never seen Blink182 in concert, so I'll definitely have to look up that flying drum solo.

One of the most intense bands I've ever seen live is one of my friend's bands, called The Affliction (formerly Chainbound).

Best: Nine Inch Nails Worst: Eric Clapton - played only 2 classics, everything else was crappy new stuff. That was $200+ down the drain.

Stevie Wonder, absolutely hands down. We were in France, because all the UK shows were sold out, and it was just before Obama got elected, and he got the entire stadium singing Barack Obama's name. It was just...mindblowing. Here's a snippetIf not him, then Reel Big Fish. Hilarious and brilliant, and I especially loved Little Johnny Christmas' Pants Down Jazz Solo.

I definitely go to live shows for the atmosphere and the crowd and the energy of the performance. :3
Admittedly, I'm awful because I don't particularly like the MUSIC at concerts.

I've been to few concerts, like 3 or 4 total, one of which had my fav band Korn headline. And even though I enjoy Korn music more I enjoyed Sevendust live better then Korn who played right before them.

I have seen so many bands live it is hard to pick a favorite. I thought that the Pixies did an amazing job, Reverend Horton Heat is impressive, and Rage Against the Machine is very entertaining.
I am surprised that NiN got a good review, when I saw them they were awful.
