It has been two years since the Fifth Blight was ended, The Warden ending the Archdemon's life, but somehow surviving it's death. But what happened to Duncan's other recruits? Tales never seem to say which recruit was the Hero of Ferelden. THEY, however, know the story. Duncan had 7 recruits; Cousland, Surana, Amell, Tabris, Aeducan, Brosca, and Mahariel. The truth was that Selena Tabris, a city elf who rose above and forgave humans, became the Hero of Ferelden, believing her fellow recruits dead. But there have been sightings reported, of a group of six hunting darkspawn, no one sure who they are. Lead by a human rogue, the group consists of two humans, two elves, and two dwarves. Rumors say they are the missing Warden Recruits, never undergoing their joining. This is their story.

I have been thinking of a way to have all the origins be wardens at once, but the game only allows for one, so I have used the City Elf story as the Hero of Ferelden, leaving the other six characters. And this will have a romance aspect to it so please keep it clean.

Name: Robert Cousland

Class: Rogue (Favors the crossbow)
Specializations(Pick 3): Bard/Shadow/Sharpshooter(A specialization focused on empowering a rogue's accuracy and allowing tweaking of crossbows.)
Personality: Born a noble, it shows, as he is caring, protective, and big on respect. However, he is witty, sarcastic, and a charmer unlike his brother, the new Teyrn of Highever, Fergus Cousland.
Background: When Robert's family was murdered, he hunted down Renden Howe mercilessly, only to have him killed by Selena Tabris. Rather than complaining about having lost his chance to murder Howe, he considered it a boon, as he realized no amount of deaths would make his lose any better. Now he hunts darkspawn alongside his fellow recruits, doing anything in his power to prevent another Blight, so no one would have to feel the emptiness he felt.
Location: Lothering, as he left ahead of the group, wishing to avoid his brother. Fergus WAS the only family he had left, but how could he face his brother knowing he'd been forced to leave their family to die?
Likes: Romance novels, fine wine, Orlesian pastries.
Dislikes: Betrayal, swords, brothels on the dock (pirates tend to 'dock' in unsavory places.)
Love Interest: Currently none. Rob may be a silver tongued charmer, but accepting someone into his heart? That's difficult after the loss of his family.
Picture or description of your character: Robert has short brown hair and vibrant blue-green eyes, as well as a tattoo of the Cousland Family heraldry on the left side of his neck.

Race: Dalish.

Gender: Female.

Class: Rogue.

Specializations: [Rogue] Maggot/Bard/Ranger. ( Which basically means, she knows all the pinpoints of the body. What paralyzes, what kills, what harms, what fatally wounds, etc. )

Personality: Broad, quite sarcastic. Always acts lazy, and will only fight if she see's she has a part in the battle. Whether it's for gold, or for memories. She isn't the best Warden-Recruit, but is certainly one of the most talented.

Background: Rhyn was born into the Dalish elves, and has always been one of them. Learning their ways, making the friends that they usually do. Wielding a bow, was one of the most taught techniques. To hunt, to find the Dalish artifacts that have been long forgotten, and left behind. To help the Hallah, to track, and to shoo away constant shemlen. She was always at these techniques. Alongside her two greatest friends. Merrill, and Tamlen. ...Tamlen... The only friend she ever felt.... More, about. And then he had to go...

It was a normal day, and after saving the lives of another group of Shemlen, Rhyn and Tamlen had gone out hunting. And they came across.... Ruins. Without noting the Keeper, in which Rhyn had so wanted to, Tamlen convinced her to go into the ruins alongside him. And inside... They found something terrible. The Eluvian. Upon touching it.... Life, faded. The tiant entered your body, and rendered you useless. Simply to black out.... And when she awoke.... Tamlen was gone. Missing. Dead. It broke her heart. Even more so, that if she was not to become a Warden, she would've died.

Location: On the way to Lothering.

Likes: Drinking. Gambling. Hunting. Being sarcastic. Old, Tevinter artifacts/Artifacts in general.

Dislikes: The Taint. Darkspawn. Seriousness. Not too fond of Mages.

Name: Diyanna Surana
Age: 20
Race: Elf

Class: Mage
Specializations(Pick 3): Arcane Warrior, Spirit Healer, Keeper
Personality: Quiet, shy, and unassuming. Sweet and gentle, she's a natural healer, but fierce in battle. She loves to sing.
Background: Born in Denerim's Alienage to a Dalish mother, Diyanna's background is rather complicated. Her magic developed more like a Dalish Keeper's than the average mage, and as such she was First Enchanter Irving's own Apprentice. When she had the chance to leave the Tower legally by joining the Wardens, she took it. She longed to experience nature and to help her nation.
Location: On the road from Denerim to Lothering.
Likes: Mabari, solitude or small groups, singing by the fire, small fury animals that she can take care of, those who can see beyond the 'knife ears' and magic to the person she is inside.
Dislikes: Small spaces, feeling confined, loud humans, the silent 'Templar Stare'.
Love Interest: Currently none, though she is attracted to men, and those who make her feel safe.

Name: Elsa Brosca

Class: Warrior (favours the 2-handed axe/mace)
Specializations: Berserker/Champion/Reaver
Personality: On the outside Elsa looks ferocious with her huge axe and her heavy armour. Yet inside she is as gentle as a nug. She is very calm and patient and tries to never show if she's anything except happy. Only in the heat of combat will she unleash a horrible fury and show no mercy to the enemy. If she can avoid bloodshed with anyone that aren't darkspawn, she will. She has an immense horse phobia and will run off screaming like a baby if she faces on.
Background: Like anyone born in Dust Town, she fought and stole as much as she could just to stay alive. She hated this life intensely and tried everything to get her sister and herself out of there. She was always angry and upset because she never succeeded. When she was caught in the Provings by pretending to be someone else to win a bet, she received the offer to join the Wardens. She gladly accepted but was shocked when her sister refused to come with her. Instead Rica Brosca made her promise never to feel upset or angry anymore unless it was to do so in battle. Elsa accepted. And thus she travels with the stolen armor and axe of a dead Carta guard, hoping to make a difference for those who need it.

Personality: Bheldren is a hard shell to crack. After he was betrayed he doesn't trust anyone. He will leap into battle without a thought and fight until he is knocked unconscious or killed. Once a kind and slightly sarcastic man, Bheldren is now someone completely different. Not even he knows who he is becoming or if it is for the better. He is often found off by himself while at camp, staring at the vast open sky while smoking his pipe.
Background: Bheldren was the second born son to Endrin Aeducan, King of Orzammar. While celebrating his rise to Commander of the army, he was betrayed by his little brother, Bhelen. Heart broken, the King exiled his favored son to the Deep Roads for killing his elder brother, Trian. He loved his brothers, and father most of all. If only he had gotten the chance to speak with his beloved Father before his exile... Deep down Bheldren dreams of killing his little brother, slowly. He knew Orzammar politics were harsh, but to be betrayed by your own blood was something Bheldren could not forgive, or forget. His rage towards what happened back home, and for his brother only intensifies his Berserker abilities and bloodlust. The only good things to happen to him was finding Duncan in the Deep Roads and his best friend, Gorim, alive and well in Denerim.

Name: Ivaria Amell

Specializations: Arcane Warrior, Shapeshifter, Battlemage
Personality: Calm, Quiet and Cautious. Ivaria shields her emotions and hides her pain, constantly keeping her guard up and keeping everyone else out at least until she can trust them.
Background: Being born into a wealthy family definitely sounds like a good way to come into the world, that is until you hear the rest of Ivaria's story. The long months of pregnancy finally took its toll on Ivaria's mother, the kind, young woman passed away during labor. Ivaria was a beautiful and healthy baby girl, born out of wedlock. Against her grandparents wishes, her father, stricken with the grief of losing the woman he loved, kept Ivaria. For nine years he raised her, watched over her and educated her as best he could. At first everything seemed normal, even happy one might say, until the day the templars came and plucked little Ivaria from her fathers arms and stole her away to the circle tower of the magi. Life was very different and at first she hated the world. Chance brought her to the chantry one morning where she found alone the First Enchanter. Great words of wisdom he passed on to Ivaria and those words she has carried with her forever.
Location: En route to Lothering, somewhere near Lake Calenhad, trying desperately to outrun the pursuing Templars.
