Hello, and welcome to my quest thread! This will be used to keep track of all Pokémon I'll be questing for, for multiple characters. Despite the "Main Priority" section, the order I will choose to pursue any particular quest Pokémon is based on trainer, and priority will fluctuate constantly. It will depend on when slots open, what is being accepted, which lines are templated and available, and funds at the time; the first Pokémon listed for a trainer is one I would go for in ideal situations (ie. I had money raining on me, the templates are done, bribes are being accepted, etc.) but it may not necessarily be the one I will go for ASAP.
Overall Priority: Tartarus (Genesis' Lucario)
Also please keep in mind that all references and models are subject to change (even if it's right before a colorist starts on a custom) because what am I if not indecisive. 8D -shot-

Description: Standard coloration with a thick collar edit. Eyes/collar tag preferably a nice shade of cerulean green, but any Growlithe/Arcanine will do, as I'm not too picky with her past species. If she is obtained through an unedited slot or by other means (such as a flatsale), her specialty will be changed to "Show" for the edit.

Biography: As expected of her breed, Celosia is a fiercely loyal and protective Pokémon. She is eager to please and yearns for praise, but not all is good when it comes down to the details. She can be haughty and prideful, quick to snub or take offense and slow to forgive. A certain desperate clinginess appears to drive her actions, as well, and she has been known to stick close to the feet of her trainer and childishly demand that attention be solely focused on her. To understand why she insists on such behavior, one must have known that she had been owned before by another.
Her original trainer, a young girl, had received Celosia as an egg and, as a result, she was all Celosia knew. Celosia adored the human, loved her, and remained devoted to the utmost. Which was why she was so devastated when she was left behind, abandoned to the wild.
For days after, she tried to follow her trainer but was rejected each time. Eventually, she found solace in another trainer's arms: Mina's. Despite what she had been through, it was not in her to distrust or despise humans, the very ones that had always cared for her since her birth. Instead, Celosia struggled to redouble her efforts, wretchedly hoping she won't be left behind a second time.
(If her specialty is "Show," she'll have been abandoned due to coloration. If not, it'll remain vague forever. 8D
Collar is because she likes being owned for some reason and the meaning it represents. :I)

Description: A picture's worth a thousand words. ;D (Although I guess I should mention this here: he has small markings on the corners of his eyes that may be hard to notice. The corner of his mouth has also been erased to give him a sort of frown.)

Biography: Sparkalator is a serious sort of Pokémon with a possessive streak when it comes it his trainer. Larger and oddly colored than most Jolteon, he was feared and avoided by his peers but constantly pursued (and often wounded in the process) by humans, which made him grow up to be a lonely, wary individual.
When he injured himself one day, he (sort of) got help from Raiden who seemed just as alone as he, and this convinced him to stay with the trainer. He hasn't left Raiden ever since (despite the ridiculous, childish nickname he was given >:0).
(As he'd be Raiden's first Pokémon, I'll register Raiden as soon as he's obtained. <3)

Updated: Threw in another model (not as beautiful as the first (click it to see), admittedly, but it'll have to do). Better accurately portrays the edits and colors I'd like; however, I would prefer if the colorist added some more markings (possibly in the dark color that makes up her mask, but not necessary).

Biography: Styx is an unfortunate guinea pig in the hands of Team Rocket, too weakened to resist their probing touch but powerful enough to be subjected to a new mind-altering strain of parasite produced through Genesis’ research. He would be the first to survive the exposure and, he hopes, the last.
As expected, both his strength and his aggressive tendencies rose quickly with time, but it did not come with the obedience the Rockets had hoped for. Destroying the work that led to his condition, Styx tried once more to escape but, after some struggle, was subdued and quarantined, shackled to his prison and denied the freedom that was his birthright as guardian of the sea. Further observations and study showed another negative side effect: a degenerative mind that quickly reduced the Lugia to a child-like state.
Now, unable to grasp anything but the simplest of words, Styx becomes easily frustrated with his own inability to comprehend and communicate as effectively as he'd done before. He prefers to spend most of his time doing the one thing he does understand, and little else: battle.
Genesis, insisting on taking responsibility for her own failed subject, was given a somewhat shaky ownership of the Lugia, and ever since, she has searched for a way to reverse the Lugia's condition.
(Added in the first part to explain why a low-ranking agent would have the Lugia instead. XD If it's not okay, please let me know! He's also based off of Shadow Lugia, if that's of any relevance.)

Description: Based off of Odin/Sleipnir in both the Norse mythology and the various versions of them in the Final Fantasy series.

Biography: Born within the wild regions of Zatao, Odin is of a fiery spirit and unhindered mind. However, having grown up with only his brother, Zantetsuken (being quested for by bullterrierlove), he is used to constant fun and relaxation, and often acts like a terribly mischievous adolescent whose destructive actions and casual pranks tend to rub his trainer the wrong way. Still, he holds a love of play that is almost endearing in its innocence, and the speed and strength he has honed as he grew in the wilds have proved their usefulness time and time again.
Ever since he had been born, and for a long while after, it had simply been him and his brother. They enjoyed sparring, especially with one another but, unfortunately, such fights led to the unintentional (and often unnoticed to their eyes) destruction of anything nearby. Genesis, having seen the two herself, desired to capture them both to add their power to her own. But before she could, a nearby officer (an irritable man Genesis had the misfortune to know) had come, attracted by the commotion the Pokémon had caused and determined to stop it. In the end, the two worked together to bring the Zebstrikas down, but Genesis was only able to claim one for herself. The other had gone to the officer.
Although the Zebstrikas had both been successfully captured, they have yet to be tamed, and often still cause troubles for their trainers (they are adamant about being together, for one thing, and often force the two trainers together despite their protests, and they are still liable to zoom about and ravage anything in their path) that will require much work and time to subdue.
