I think the death penality *sp?* poll is taking it a tad far but people are entitled to their beliefs. We can't say, as much as I really want to at times, that ours are right and theirs are wrong. I mean, unless they're not hurting anyone, which putting a glbt person to death would be hurting someone, they're not 'wrong'.
I wish people weren't so ignorant or tried to open their minds wrong. But then what would we get to whine over?? I mean, if everyone was open minded and everything, we'd have no need for pride parades, and I'd like to experience one of those once, nor would we have controversy for the most part and things would be BORING!! I mean, just imagine everyone feeling the same way you did over EVERYTHING. How would we have debates?? How would we have the chance to try and educate people on the things we feel are right, or at least not wrong??

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. However, they do not have the right to force those opinions on others through something like the death penalty. Likewise, they don't have the right to force their opinions on homosexuals by outlawing gay marriage.

As soon as I clicked that link, I saw the poll: "Should d**k Cheney's daughter be executed?" And as soon as I scrolled over it, wondering why they would kill their Fuhrer's henchman's daughter, it said: "shes a lezzie so of with her haed right"
