Its been 30 years since Galaxia, and about 32 since Diamond and Usagi got together. There is little doubt they've either reestablished the Moon Kingdom. Probablly around 1998-1999. She has the authority and access, and he has the motivation and a population ready to move in and rebuild.....
But what about earth kingdom. Mamaru has the authority... but who's gunna tell that to our current leaders? It'll take a catastrophe.. or a war of planetary proportions.
Sapphire, is still in hiding, and raising Sailor Sapphire as his daughter. He's not happy with Diamond and Usagis moon kingdom, and wants one for himself and his "Daughter". So he leads an army of youma's to invade earth. To compliment this force, he sends his "daughter" in with the 4 Biyotik Senshi he creates in a lab.
It's such a massive fight, spanning 2 years, that both Senshi and Civilians are needed to beat them back. In the aftermath the destructions so great that most of the earths goverments have been eraticated and the population is sent into chaos. The earth needs new leadership, and quickly.
So, for the most part, the senshi have won, but the cost is great. Youma run wild. Dictators and Warlords rise in the vacumn of power left by the demolition of most the worlds goverments.
During the course of the war and rebuilding, we must deal with Sailor Sapphire and the Biyotik Senshi whom may, or may not eventually come over to our side. (up to each one individually)
After the war, we must deal with roaving bands of Youma, dictatorships, rebuilding, and any interpersonal problems between ex-rogue senshi and the rest of us. Basic services need to reestablished in much of the world. Disagreements about how the earth is to be rebuilt are bound to happen, but the ultimate outcome is an earth under the rule of Mamaru and Setsuna.
A couple start pts have been suggested. The start of the war, the middle/end of the war, and after. I think any of them will make for interesting RP. Since we've already set the start date as 2026. The wars start/end dates would depend on our choice.

Weither or not each of the 5 come over to the our side is up to them.. but if they do, we have to start dealing with them on a different level. Remember the conflicts in style between Uranus/Neptune and the Inners? If they stay rogue.. they arn't that sort of problem. But frankly by the time the war is over.. I would assume they'd all come over... or gone into hiding... or died...or simply called a truce with us. Otherwise the war wouldn't be over.

I like this idea, Juliet would be really useful in this type of RP.
Not to mention that she's been to war before, WW2.

I think the plot sounds fantastic! As for the time we start...
We more or less understand how the war came about, so I don't think we really need to do much roleplay for the start of the war. The middle/end of the war might be better because it give an action point for all of us, and the events that take place could help the Byotik Senshi decide which side they want to be on. After the war would pretty much be getting rid of Youma, rebuilding, and establishing authority.
I think we might be better off roleplaying from the middle of the war. What do you guys think?

I originally wanted to be after the war.. but listening to yall.. you're right. Middle/late war would be good. We'd have a strong point established on earth. Lots of fights, intrigue, yadda yadda. Mamaru and Setsuna could organize us and appoint some of us generals. -cough immediate senshi-

I had originally thought about RPing in the end of the war, but the middle would be fantastic. I think there should be constant youma hunting and the Biyotik Senshi, which I only have one of so far –sadface-, would be hunting down the senshi which would make it more interesting.

It'd be nice if we found the others, so we can do like the anime and when one general level minion gets converted/killed, BAMN another ones in your face.

Alright, sounds cool... though if they're appointing generals (immediates I guess?), then I'm a little lost on what they're going to do with Sapphire cause of her whole "dark side" thing.
Then again, she does hate her father (the one she assumes is her father), and I was thinking of having her just having the war lead to her decision to go rogue to begin with and really just fending for herself or some weird crap like that. If we do it mid-battle or towards the end, that would be pretty cool because everyone could have something established in advance (for me, it'd be that she used to fight for him or something for the majority of the war?). Obviously, still working out the logistics of it all, since her father would probably know of her whereabouts, so... yup.
Actually, I'm going to have her stick to her father's side til the end until she realizes the reality of things and then goes rogue as a result. Yaaay~
Okay, well... you guys should help me out with recruiting new members to take up more roles. :3 Try checking out members on Sailor Moon guilds who you think might be interested in talking about it, or post in the guild forum (I made a cheezy little "ad" here).

At best, I can generally control up to 6 characters. I have 3 OCs I'd like to contribute, provided I also have control of Sailor Jupiter. Given the prior animosity between the Senshi and Diamond, and the attitude of Mamoru in the fallout, Jupiter would probably be classified as "rogue", though officially, she's allied with the kingdom of Aselia (Adrian's planet)
