Hello everyone, SROTS is very quickly losing activity again and we are in need of getting activity back up. Though this is not something to vote on, since this is just something we all know that the guild needs, but we can make this a crew discussion thread. We will each come up with an idea of what to do to get members to join. Normally I would create a thread in the gaia forums or go into rallies to find members, or even send out random invites, but sometimes people don't want to even open guild invites. Personally when it comes to random guild invites I deny them before really reading into them too much, so I can assume that many others also go through that as well. So people, lets brainstorm.

I have tried to get people that I know in RL to join SRotS. It's hard. I think we need to make the rule mantory. There was a rule that was in the council by Dakota, saying that all crew must have the guild in there siggy. I personally have a link in mine with my Chibi art. It also doesn't help that a lot of our members are inactive. We have cleared out our lists, but it seems to not be working. We again need to work on the homepage.

Well we also need some new ideas to find members. I mean I could probably talk to people who are in another guild I am a member in.

Well I recently wiped my desktop so once I get the adobe back up I can do the homepage. I figured we were using someone else's design so I never went and made one.

Well I have been working on a project lately, but because paint is the only tool I can use to make it with, it doesn't look all that good, but I am still doing what I can to make it look good. Basically it is the guild playing cards that I brought up some time ago, but I am technically leaving it up to each individual to put in the information they want with what I have listed, and technically I am making about 52 different versions of it. 13 soldiers, 13 officers, 13 lieutenants, and 13 captain versions. They are all small enough to fit in our signatures, but I am fighting to make them look awesome!
Maybe that could help with getting members.
Any other thoughts to brain storm on, there are no real wrong answers, only things we can laugh at if you make a joke, lol. But yeah, give an actual idea, and I don't care how strange it may be, if we consider it to be something that can work we will use it.
If y'all want I can probably upload my first version of it, but like I said it is only paint made.

Well if you want you can send them to me and I'll help enhance them a bit with adobe or with my tablet. Your choice really but I offer my services if I'm able to.

 This is just the basic outline of what I am making, I am probably going to add more onto it so as to add the letters "SROTS" into it in a way that if it is erased from it, such as if someone were to try and take this from our guild and use it for themselves, that it can turn out to look crappy. I also want to add in the shinigami skull symbol, or maybe a hell butterfly image to it to add a more Bleach effect to it.

Sometimes scouting in rally or towns does the trick. However, towns has become a bit more for new people trying to get to know other people and senseless chats. I'm not saying there aren't awesome roleplayers hidden somewhere inside. It has just become harder to find them. So maybe the forums could work in a more effective way. x.x
It is also a difficult time of the year for most roleplayers. School is like invading our schedules, so inactivity is a bit inevitable.
I love the idea of the little cards. But also a fresh logo could get people's attention.
