special powers: Despite her name Spark can control and minapulate water at will, though it is unkown why. She can also teleport. She used to have many other angel -like abilllities but lost them when she fell.

bio: Not much is know about Spark in her early days when she was human. Other than she was born alongside her older twin brother Castiel. She later became an angel and retained her human name Kutiel. (So did her brother). Where she later would to become the angel of water, (Or so they say.) Allowing her obtain her new water abilities. A long while later she did something unforgivable and she ‘fell’. Shortly after abandoned her human name and renamed herself as Spark, to match her new flaming rage that burned inside of her.
