I love the idea! Especially the Dream King&/Queen leading the whole thing! Love the labyrinth too...

Oh, yeah... We might need to go ahead and get started thinking about plot! I know we're using Labyrinth as an inspiration, but just how much are we going to use it? We've already said that everyone in the room will be wearing a mask. What about odd creatures and goblins?
Now, for the main part of the plot..... and I'm drawing a blank. XD (I seriously need to get more sleep.) Are we going to be good rulers or bad rulers? Or, maybe we can be a little of both like Jareth? Ours is the land where dreams of fantastic worlds collide into a stunning masquerade. Dreamers pour into our masquerade, but they are met with a very terrible problem. Once they enter our land, they can never leave. That is, they can't leave until they discover that they can use the mirrors to travel to other rooms. Still, there is a struggle to find the way back to the real world.

I'm just the opposite. I used to love love LOVE Sliders, but I've never actually seen more than a few minutes of Quantum Leap; I've only heard about it.

Mademoiselle Alvinette I'm just the opposite. I used to love love LOVE Sliders, but I've never actually seen more than a few minutes of Quantum Leap; I've only heard about it. How much do you know about Quantum Leap? Do they have similar plots? Then again, in Quantum Leap, whenever he would wake up in a new time and body, he would have to figure out who and where he was so he could fix everything, and then move on to another place, always hoping that he would wind up in his own home and body. I'm not sure how similar my idea and the show are, but there is that disorienting thing about them. Wait! Sarah was trapped in the dream and had to break out of it in Labyrinth, so I guess I was still thinking about that. sweatdrop

The Sliders have a remote control that takes them to alternate universes...they never leave *Earth* per se, but they are shifting through an infinite number of alternate versions of Earth, trying to find the "real world."
Still haven't seen all of Labyrinth, so I can't say one way or the other about its plot! mrgreen

I vote we have various creatures.
Dragons, centaurs/fauns, etc. etc.
Just not looking for the room to fill up with a whole boat load of vampires and werewolves.

Then lights cig and places on lip- They shall be exterminated...quickly. I am also more than willing to play a dude this time around. I'm pumped for the masquerade aspect.
