Name: Rae Gender: Female Orientation: Supressed bisexuality Persona and Bio: Quiet and reseved, Rae grew up as the only daughter of a viking-like village leader. Her mother is dead and her father always desired a male heir, but recieved Rae instead. He pushes her as he would a boy, and she has the scars to prove it. She is tough, not just physically from the harshness of the Winterlands, but from within her heart. She can be selfish and cold at times, but her arrogance and indifference are only protective shells for her insecure interior. She has been trained to repress her emotions, but she prides herself on her honorable nature. She's practical and logical, and unafraid of a fight. Knowing her place amongst her people, her passing thoughts capture her desire to escape from the person who she is expected to be and to become the person who she wants to be. Class: Lower--Middle Species: Flameling (The Flamelings' skin burns hot enough for them to survive in the Winterlands, but they still struggle. They absorb energy and heal through fire.)

Name: Elgor, Father of Rae Gender: Male Orientation: Straight, widowed Persona and Bio: Elgor is the chief elder of the Village of Ash. He was married to Rae's mother until she was brutally killed by a polarcat. Since then he has never recovered. Rae was 2 years old at the time. Elgor was praying on a male heir to take over the village, but the death of his wife forced him to realize that Rae would be the only child he would have to pass the village down to. Since then, he has trained Rae as if she were a boy, and has instilled in her the values of a tough dutiful future-elder. Elgor is harsh and never shies away from a fight, but his arrogance can sometimes get the best of him. Unlike his daughter, Elgor likes to drink heartily, is a loud bellowing gentleman, and resembles a frost-like viking. He would never say it, but Rae means the world to him. Class: Middle--High Species: Flameling
