Y'all can call me TAN, I read a lot, I'm an old school gamer, I tend to watch a fair amount of anime, and like CQC I like discussing politics, I also LOVE music, all kinds of music.

I dropped out of collage in '09 (finanicial issues, ya know, what with the whole resession thing) I work as a chef and occasional freelance programmer.

My favorites are a tie between Fluttershy, Luna, and Big Macintosh

Name is Pipe Private, and this is actually a salute to Silent Hill... or it would have been if I could have just kept my username as "Pipe" but someone else has that. -sigh- That being said, I am also a lightweight gamer, but my range of games are those from Playstation, PS2, and some XBox, though my sister is more into the XBox than I am. Survivor/Horror video games are more my thang.

I have a macabre interest in psychology and own my own copy of the DSM-IV, which I occasionally thumb through from time to time just at leisure. Although I have interest in psychology, I could never practice it clinically. .__. Think of me as the ex football coach as being a terrible therapist. "STOP YER CRYIN' YA PANSY!" So, yeah... lost cause, that. sweatdrop

Instead, I put that informational focus into writing. I do roleplay, although it's currently isolated to one or two network sites and it's in-real-time chat RP. Otherwise, I am currently trying to wordvomit out a story from finish to end and it's taking fooooor-eeeeveeeeer.... But as you can see, I tend to wordvomit quite a bit.

I like to singa, about the moon-a and the June-a and the spring-a. And when I'm alone or in my car, I will usually sing out loud (very out loud) to any song I know that's playing. My voice is not strong enough for public singing, though. crying

I am an Editorial Assistant for a publishing services company, so I do a lot of proofreading and a little bit of copyediting here and there. More recently I've been taking on pseudo-project management work. Wooo, more responsibility.... I enjoy proofreading the most, as it's more or less getting paid to read books. rofl And we publish a wide range of genres, that ranging from books on Economics and Globalization and Philosophy to Nursing and Radiology. It's really interesting stuff. So every once in a while I can manage to accumulate random trivia. We used to provide services for a publisher called ABC-CLIO, and they really put out some interesting books. One of which was all about comics, graphic novels, and even manga. rofl Sweet, man. Right before that, I worked on a team that worked on a science journal, and that was pretty interesting. One article was about the physics behind how a snake slithers. Was really cool. rofl

Anyhoo, so yeah, there y'are. Someday I want to take a trip to Italy. Hoping maybe that'll happen by maybe this time next year or so? Or... something... crossing my fingers...!

Well, I have to say that Rainbow Dash is definitely one of my favorites. rofl Rarity also... I just can't help liking that pony despite her being such a diva from time to time...!

Pinkie Pie is up there, too, but holy crap, that pony has some underlying problems... ._____.

Fluttershy is, of course, adorable. I cracked up like crazy when she was cursed with the Poison Joke. rofl

Apple Jack (always makes me think of the cereal) is pretty cool and somehow reminds me of a friend of mine who used to do barrel racing at rodeos. rofl

Twighlight Sparkle, well... she's the mainy. And I usually gravitate more towards the side characters anyhoo. sweatdrop
