He's picked up his activity and contributes. However, when it comes to him voting on topics, he tends not to take an opinion the entire time. It's okay to be neutral but it would be better if he became more involved to get to know the Captains rather than taking the neutral stance when it comes to a vote. My vote is yes though.

I vote yes on this. He has picked up activity and he has spoken with me whenever certain topics are being voted on. He does not know everyone that well and can't seem to manage a good, positive opinion on things without that. There are some people he is fine with but he goes with a whole, what information he has, kind of vote. That is how I view it.

Anyways, I'll state it again that my vote is YES

I think his roleplaying style is unique, as well as his character, and he is active, but it just seems that he was rushed into the position without taking account that he has any idea what he is doing. Looking at his squad, it does appear to be a bit jumbled up, and there are many threads that are not made by himself. Whether that be laziness, ignorance, or thinking that they were fine the way they were, a Captain should, or at least in my own opinion, restart a squad to indicate new leadership. I also have noticed that he has not been there for many guild-wide issues, I can understand him not having a place within the discussions, but ignorance should not be an excuse for someone who holds a higher billet. If he does not know where he should stand in a discussion, he should at least research until he can find a good answer, if he does not know a person well enough to give constructive criticism, then he should not be afraid to make himself know and try to get to know these persons. I must say that I have not personally met or rp with Sendo, and that is partially my fault, but I'm sure that I am not the only one who hasn't.

So before I babble any further, I shall make a decision...
Sendo has certainly picked up his activity, he is an avid roleplayer with an interesting style, however he seems lost when it comes to his duties as a Captain, or Squad leader if I may, which is setting the example and making it easier for his younger guildmates become squared away roleplayers of the guild. My vote will regrettably have to be no at this time, it is nothing personal, I would have to say that he and I were once at the same point and hope he could learn from this for the future.

Okay, as it seems we have a tie in the guild.

Though Zoro and Kage make good arguments, I have no true personal preference about this one becoming a full time captain, I am mainly in here to play as the "Tie Breaker" since this seems to be the first time we truly had a tie last for 2 days in this guild... which to me is kind of disturbing.

Any how, on the grounds of what is going to be happening on this first ever Guild Vote Tie Breaker, by a neutral voter, will work like this.

I am going to make a random number generator of 1 to 2.

1 = Yes (On account that we help him become more of a leader type in the guild)

2 = No (In which he will be demoted and squad 12 will be opened back up again.)


Now after this vote is made, since the tie has lasted for 2 days, technically 3 from the time it is now in the morning for me, this will be the last vote and will break the tie in which this thread will not host any arguments, further discussions about what should have been done, or anything else otherwise.

If such discussions are wished for, please make another thread about it, this will no longer host any more messages other than the post of "Passed" or that of "Not Passed" by the Vice Captain "My name is u know."
