Biography: Edward had a familie in a small vilage. In this village, a lot of bandits and pirates roam. But suddenly the marines attacked the place because of the imfamous pirates who were living there. Edward tried torun from the island leaving his own familie behind. He swimmed into the sea so long that he found a boat. On that boat, he found a man that was a great bounty hunter. The man teached him and trained him so that he could win from everyone. After developing a great sword technique from the famous bounty hunter, he followed the ways of his master and became a bounty hunter.

First and foremost:

How exactly does your character wield 8 "small katanas" at once? You only have two hands, two feet, and a mouth. Even if you were ridiculously good at balancing and using a style, that's still only 5.
On that note: small katanas are classified as wakizashi, or in the later noted use of throwing them, that's almost better suited to the smaller "tanto", at which point they could be held between your fingers, but by that size, they're just daggers or plain knife size.
How exactly did your character get a hold of seastone when it's only available to marines? The only interaction your character would have had with marines was when he ran from them when they invaded his home island. And you stated he ran without any attempt to fight.

he wears the katana's like lord bee does a few in his knee mouth
his katana's can change into wakizashi
and the seastone were stoled from marines by pirates and then the bounty hunters stole them

Okay, round 2.

Where exactly are you getting this "lord bee" reference? Linkage, reference? Also, holding swords or anything in the back of your knee is difficult enough, let alone try to fight with it.
How exactly do they change, what enables them to do so?
That doesn't exactly answer the question of how YOUR character got hold of it. Bear in mind that while it's harder than a diamond, sea stone is still stone, and stone does not sharpen well, nor hold an edge very well. It blunts easily.

let my explain... what he accually means is...

8 sword style comes from a character in naruto named Lord bee. He fights with 8 small katanas or if you like to call it wakizashi. If you chearch him on youtube then you also notice that the swords he's holding aren't throwing knife, there bigger then that.

What do you mean by how they change?

And he wanted to say to you that,... I don't know, Imfamous pirates killed some marine captains and stole there sea stones, the pirate hunter he got training from killed these pirates and took the seastone from it. Let's say that with hard work and a great black smith, the seastone were transformed into these 8 weapons.

Thats what I think he wanted to say...

I'd prefer it if he explained for himself, but w/e.

Wakizashi are what short katana are called. Check your wikipedia and name them as befitting of their length you want them to have. The term "katana" is not a cover/catch all for any Japanese type sword.

Thank you for at least referencing what anime it came from. I now know.

And he (xdarkclownx) stated that "his katanas can change into wakizashi". I want to know how he or they manage to do so. Because nowhere in the anime does it show those swords (or any sword) doing that.

Weapons aren't usually made of sea stone, but tipped with them, and are generally rare, as seen with Smoker's only thus far shown weapon to incorporate sea stone into a weapon variant.

It's all rubbish, mind you. I guess it can pass so long as he (and everyone else) knows that those aren't going to be sharp. (Hence, Smoker's weapon being a non-sharp object that is primarily used for blunt damage. )

Again though, this profile only passes WHEN he explains how those swords made of sea stone change size.
