Want to win the charming doe above? This is a dice-rolling version of the classic game Horseshoe -- a game that requires both luck and skill, carefully aiming a horseshoe to get as close to the target as possible. HOW WILL THIS WORK?There will be 10 rounds, each one lasting 10 minutes each.
At the start of the round, blue will roll 1d100 to determine a number.
In response, each participant will roll d10s [note: not d100s!].
The result is to get as close to blue's number as possible!
You can roll as many d10s each round as you like, but you must roll them all at once! If you only want to roll one, only roll one. If you want to roll the maximum of 20, roll all twenty. Whatever you think will get you closest to blue's roll. Once you have rolled, the sum of your numbers is your score -- period. You can't tag on more d10s later.
3 points will be given to the closest person, 2 to the second closest, and 1 to the third closest.
In the case of a tie, all parties will be awarded points according to their ranking.
The winner, at the end, will be the person with the most points. This means that missing a round will not necessarily eliminate you from the running, so don't despair if you come in late or have to run out! A final note, on a darker line -- if you delete a post or attempt to cheat this dice game, you will not only be eliminated from the game but will be greylisted for a month. This means that for one month, you cannot win any kimeti at all. Play fair! Don't try to cheat!
