i just plain old enjoyed reading it
as for gaga, the rolling stone magazine puts in:
"No matter how we cut the numbers, GaGa was bound to crush the competition," the magazine said.
"Our goal here was to crown the current tiara-wearer. The hard-working, culture-dominating GaGa more than earned the title.

I don't see why people are fighting over this. They can't change how it stands now....If you look at the numbers, Gaga wins by a landslide...2009-2011 was domintated by Gaga.

GaGa deserves it anyways. Yes not everyone is satisfied by hew work at times but I've never seen any other artist work as hard as she does.

You know, I just came up with the idea that they crown a Queen of Pop every year. This Rolling Stone thingy is 100% true and legit but because had they included Katy Perry's sales of Teenage Dream, her ranking would've changed - A LOT. Anyway, I believe Gaga is the Queen of Pop for 2009-2011. However, there were many Queens from before. (Beyoncé, Britney, etc.) I'm tired of all this Madonna vs. Gaga vs. Britney crap. talk2hand They are all queens in their own way! mrgreen

I think the best part of that article was when she was explaining that you are not crowned forever. Yes there will always be the originals, like Elvis Presley is the original King of Rock.
At this point in time, Gaga definitely deserves the title Queen of Pop. Move over Brtiney and Madonna, you've already had your chance to wear the crown
