Well, it is been a month since Nightbringer got temp captain so it's time to Vote.
I don't have a vote for right now, I plan on voting later though, but I am having some health issues right now.

I personally,
i have to admit i love his way of role playing but due to some issues i have seen, i will have to vote no
he ignored the law in which ANYTHING that is made by any members of squad 12 must be passed through the council this law was made by myself with the councils approval after i stepped up into position of captain.
and he didn't even make squad 12 the his own way, i remolded it after the previous captain before me left and i expected him to do the same but since no one told him i don't personally hold him to judge on this count.

Did you not stop and wonder if he was even aware of that whole invention rule? I hold that responsibility for not informing him of it. As his "sponsor" it was I who should have pointed that out to him. Besides I am not aware of anything he could have actually "created" at this time. I say this because I speak with him often and we share ideas on such matters.

enshara as being a captain its his responsibility to find out as such, and as his "sponsor" you should have told him you may say all you want but my vote stays as such and he did create something Kage's shunopo chair even as a low rank invention (NO OFFENSE) as it may seem he still needed approval.
i stated i love his way a role play but i just do not think he is ready to be a permanent captain as of yet.

Wow there's a rule on inventions now? lol
Even though I want my old squad back... I will vote yes, the kid is a amazing Role Player and is active beyond belief. I think he will do great as a captain. It sucks because I was the Captain before Kaze and I always wanted my squad back but hey the kid deserves it and I welcome him as the Captain.
Now when it comes to the invention thing, I don't see why it is such a big deal Kaze. No need to get extremely upset about something so little. Its just a chair, its not a god modding device of doom so chill out a bit. When I was captain, the inventions were always fun and never broke any rules. It was just common knowledge not to god mod a item or anything like that. All and all, theres no need to get mad over a chair lol
Also, lay off of Enshara a bit man. She does the best she can and doesn't need a guilt trip. She already stated that it was her fault, she doesn't need a parrot to mimic back that she screwed up. It happens to everyone. Happened to me once in a RP (and most of the old captains know about this) With a situation where I had changed squads in the middle lol I screwed up big time, but life goes on.
In short: Yes on captain and Kaze relax a bit. Not trying to start something its just what I am seeing your taking shots at people for no reason

Well sadly I’ve not seen much of his role playing, as I’ve not Rped with him personally yet and my computer problems have kept me from doing anything the last two weeks. So I’ll have to look over some of his posts before making a decision. But I don’t understand Kaze’s anger, its hard for a new captain to find things out and get the hang of everything within a month, Like U’Know said, it was just a chair, you’ve got to weigh the good and the bad, not just see a mistake and throw the guy under the bus. Everyone makes mistakes. (When I first joined I argued with Ingfire so much about things I should have probably been thrown out… hehe.)

i am not angry towards anyone and do not get me wrong i think he is worthy of a captainship i just do not think he is ready for permanent captainship as for laws, even if it was a chair it is still a law and remains as such and i know in your day tystra you stuck between the guidelines but it left a huge hole i was being cautious when we made the law, I'm a person with a strong since of protection and justice.
As for personal shots im not the only who does this and you know full well I'm not. Sometimes it is needed so we can learn from our mistakes.

Again though, the chair didn't hurt anyone so I don't see why its a big deal. And you are really the only one in this forum I see taking a personal shot. But it doesn't matter who takes personal shots at who, all I know is that its better not to take them no matter who your preference of friends are. It seems like your angry because your getting mad about a chair that was made. This isn't justice. Also this is just a guild, not a political party. Yes things should go to council but the making of a chair is just a waste of time for council to approve in my opinion and there really is no point to argue about it anymore.

I'm going to vote now seeing that I am kinda feeling better, better than when I posted this. My vote is No. Before I get attacked on this matter like I know I am going to. My vote is not based off of his activity, if it was because of that, it would be a yes. My vote is based off of what he has done. I only hold one part of the Creation of the wheelchair against him. That is the fact as Roka and Tystra put it, a low level invention, even so, it should have taken more than 1 post to make.
My next thing is that in a resent post in the squad 6 office. He said that he doesn't have a bone fragment from his mask, because of how he was created. That goes against what an Arranacar is in it's self.
Now I will admit, I do like what he is doing with Character. I love how is is acting with the Multiple Personalty Disorder.
Another thing that I have voiced since the beginning that I don't like is that he barely created anything of his own in squad 12. Normally this is a given, but it seems that I now have to clean squads out after people.
(getting Dizzy guys, last paragraph)
My last thing I have to say is this. He is not really active in the council voting. Really the only time I really see him vote, is when Enshara is grabbing people off skype to get something passed.
In conclusion, My vote is no. I will not be defending myself on this. I do have things I have to do.

After this argument about all the accusations on him, I do have to reverse my vote. My reasons, I looked into the squad forums and saw some stuff I don't agree with. The chair incident I still don't agree with but the other things I will agree on.
My vote is reversed to No. Sorry...

... I seriously have no vote either way on this one, so a neutral is my vote.
The reason being is because he does follow rules, mostly, and that his is a good role player, it also isn't something that is given often.
Now yes, he does seem to be a bit lazy when it comes to council voting, but then again we don't always get 13 votes on much of anything in Srots, even with maxed out captains. Hell, I remember when we had near 20 Crew members, and still only got about 6 votes on something. Hell, that was the very reason I founded the Council Rules for the time limit, so things could get passed anyhow without max voters.
So by attacking with him by saying he doesn't vote, isn't much of an attack on him since we have had situations like that very often. But I will also bring up the fact that even though we don't always get maxed out votes on anything, there are usually reason's for such things, most of which is because of inactivity due to real life issues.
Him on the other hand, as it has been stated or I believe it was stated, he just doesn't seem interested or is just too lazy to make a vote on such things within the council. This does seem to be a little disturbing since he is made to be a captain and to help out and make the guild stronger, which doesn't seem to interest him too much.
If he is to become more interested in the council, then I believe things would be brighter for him as a captain in this guild. I would also like him to be a bit more into the rules of squad 12 inventions, but I want to actually see the rules for that squad as well. If he is to go by the rules and be an active member not only role play wise, but guild development wise within the council, then I believe he would have my vote in yes. If he continues not to, then my vote is no.
So even though I said neutral, I think a lengthen of time should be in order on his Temp Captain membership, only if he is informed that he will need to not only pick up on rules within squad 12, and become active here in the U/H.
But that is only if everyone agrees he should be allowed a momentary increase on his Temp Status. If it is passed that he becomes a captain, and still shows no sign of anything state here, then it is known by all of us that a vote will be brought up to just kick him out in times to come.
