This is the place where you can make your own character to Role play with the vocaloids. If you would like to be a NPC you may make 5 different characters .
What is a NPC you ask well, NPC in vocaloid world stands for (Needed Player Characters) that means you will be able to play as 5 different characters. Now there are two reasons for this
One: no one really wants to be an average joe because they wont have much say so in the way of the story but if you are five different people you will have a much bigger say in the over plot.
Two: to add some diversity. Say we have three people that just wanted to role play as normal people how odd would it be if the vocaloids only ran into three people For the rest of there lives O_O yeah.. just a we bit odd

Otashi was ony an idea, it was a slim chance that it would work, but we made her! she was desined to be an elite friend for when the order (a bunch of teens)when they were bored.
