I was invited to join but, I'm still very hesitant to do so.

I'd love to know why there are 20+ crew for a guild under 1,000 members and, no offense, probably 30% of those member aren't active. Seems like overkill and/or just someone whom can't say "No".

Someone would like to explain this to me, I'll be happy to officially join.

^^ Today the Vice and I are doing a official clean up of the guild... That will no longer be an issue. As for people becoming crew we do not take this lightly there is a process that has to be taken place for members of the guild to become crew. These crew members are ones that have been here since the beginning of the guild and have made false promises... but we are now looking into that and we are going to fix it.
