Crane Game A few crane games are set up! Pop in a token and roll 1-10. 1-4 means you get a plushie. 5-8 means you get a green ticket. 9-10 is the good stuff; a blue ticket.
Shooting game/other game A series of stalls here and there. The most prominent one is the shooting game! Here, you can risk your tokens for tickets. There are three difficulties. Regardless of what you play, there are three difficulties.
Easy - Roll 1-10. 3-10 will get you a green ticket, but that's the only thing you can win!
Medium - Roll 1-20. 20 will get you a red ticket. 17-19 will get you a blue ticket, 12-16 will get you a green ticket. 10-11 gets you an apologetic pat on the back and an apple. Anything less means you lose!
Hard - This is the big stuff! All or nothing here! Roll 1-20. Hitting 16-20 will get you a red ticket. Everything else though is a miss!
Riddlemaster It looks like this should be working, but it's closed... Maybe it'll be open later?
Token Stand A stand at which you can buy additional tokens for the Carnival. 100 PD per token! Buy as many as you like, but be warned; they're only good for the carnival, and there's no refunds!
The tickets can be exchanged at the end for prizes... Good luck!

xx xx xx xx Claire & Andrew & Rani & Thomas & Judas"Come on, check out this one!" Claire squealed excitedly and approached a rather small machine. It had various items; Quite a few different plushies of items and pokemon as well as little plastic container with colorful tops. They seemed to contain tickets. "Give me a coin!" She said gleefully to Andrew, so carefully obliged. She took the token in her mouth and slipped it in the slot, the game started to flash bright lights and the small button on the top of the controller came to life. "Curious, how do you expect to play? You don't have hands..." Claire shot the larvitar a stubborn look before grabbing the joy stick with the end of her tail. "Or.. I guess that might work..." A smile appeared back on the dratini's face as she gave the game her first try.
Claire took the prize out of the slot gleefully."I won!" she couldn't help but announce to the world. A small green ticket, though she had hoped for that cute pichu plushie, she wondered what they were for. Andrew eyes drifted over to a shooting game, different scenarios with small targets to shoot down with water guns (Herp). "Now, that looks a little fun..." The larvitar mused. The rest of the team seemed to catch his drift and shared his interest. They headed right on over. She sighed a little disappointed and followed them, "Wait! I wanna Pichu plushie!" Oh well, she had her shot, and there were only 4 tokens left... It was only fair each member of the team had one each... for now. >:3

VerVer entered the arcade quickly, a small pouch hung in his mouth as he approached a free crane. The Flareon stared into it thoughtfully before finally putting a coin into the slot. He then sat up, placing his paws on the joystick. His eyes narrowed at the machine as he controlled the claw, concentrating...
...
The Flareon watched a capsule fall from the crane and into a drop slot. He smiled and poked his head through the hole, taking the capsule in his mouth before trotting off.

 Charles
Charles floated idly through the crowds, examining the sights and generally understanding all the mystery. To say the least, he was a little bored. The crane game, however, did draw his attention. If only in a very much self-assured way. "Well, I suppose I might as well." He popped a token in (which he may or may not have obtained honestly) and set to controlling the crane.
~~~
He looked down at the capsule unsatisfied. Second place? "Must be rigged..." He took a quick glance around, contemplating simply smashing the machine and taking what he pleased. Unfortunately, with the guards around it would be something of a pain to slip away. Well... he could always just knock out whoever held the prizes if he actually wanted something.
Riley Riley walked amongst the token games with interest, looking about at the different types. He paused in front of the closed Riddlemaster stand curiously, it wasn't running so he couldn't play it, but it intrigued him nonetheless. Maybe I'll come back later to see if it opens up... he thought, moving onward. He stopped at a crane game, they seemed to be rather popular around here. He shrugged and put a token into the machine, his paws grabbing the joystick. "Here goes nothing..."
The Eevee's eyes were on a certain plush toy, and he moved the crane skillfully to grab it in the metal claw. His eyes brightened as the claw kept hold of the prize and returned it to the slot where it fell to the bottom where it could be retrieved. Riley pushed open the metal flap and grabbed the toy in his mouth, placing it on the ground. It was just a simple consolation prize in the game, but to him it was a better prize than a ticket would have been. The plush was a toy Explorer Badge, white and a pale red color like the normal basic badge of the Guild looked. He smiled happily and picked it up in his mouth, heading off to meet up with Era and Phione.
 Tolin
"A shooting game?" Tolin took a look at the lined up targets and the promise of prizes to the successful. The prizes didn't really matter. If he wanted something, he could buy it. But... challenges of skill were always interesting. "I'll shoot for the hardest one."
~~~
He took the rifle and carefully balanced it with his scythes. A bit of psychic pressure held the rifle steady and pulled the trigger. The jet of water shot out and hit one of the smallest targets on the side, causing it to spin. It remained in motion, spinning like a top until it finally wobbled and collapsed. "Excellent, sir! A red ticket for you." Tolin took the ticket, shrugged and slipped it into his bag. Maybe there would be something interesting at the end/

 Morana && Veritas "- and ah, here we are." Veritas finished her explanation of what a Carnival was by ending up in the games area. There were dozens of small booths with games of various kind, and the Jolteon flicked her ears in excitement. After she had gotten over the initial shock of finding out what had happened to her Exploration Partner, Veritas was a pretty fun person. They made their way between the various games, looking for one that wouldn't required ah...thumbs. The two of them found a Pin-ball machine, which didn't require much more than pulling the lever back, and pushing the buttons that operate the flippers. They slotted in a coin, took a flipper each, and began to play. Morana had little idea of what she was suppose to do except to keep the ball from falling down the hole at the bottom. --- Ohhh, you had to press the button to operate the flipper. Morana thought she just had to hold it down. That makes much more sense. (Medium)

 - Gypsy - - Zephyr - "Ooh, ooh! I want to play that game over there!" Gypsy commented, throwing herself at the first game her distracted eyes came across. "Gimme a token!" She demanded of Zephyr, who decided to hold the 5 tokens they received so they wouldn't all be lost.
"Don't you think you should save them for better games?" He said, eyeballing the crane games. Gypsy's excitement didn't falter and she nudged the Scyther into giving her the token, which she promptly put into the machine. As the lights came on, she turned around to her friend.
"How do you play this?" She asked, truly confused. Zephyr wanted to facepalm, and the time ran out. As a consolation prize, Gyspy won a plushie of a Pikachu. Oh, how generic. Gypsy frowned at it and kicked it towards Zephyr. "Give me another one!" And just as the Scyther was beginning to think she matured, it all went away. Oh well, she was a kid, and almost all kids got excited at festivals. He tossed Gypsy another coin.

 Morana && VeritasVeritas just shook her head in amusement and put another coin in the slot. They still had four left, and it's not like they were expensive. 100PD was a little pricey, but she's seen Team Polaris's accounts. Nobody in the Team was a big spender and they ran a shop, so they had more than enough to spare. --- (Medium)

Maybe Morana just doesn't get this game. There's better ways to keep the pinball up than mashing the button.
"Let's find something else..."

 Morana && VeritasEventually they wandered around, debating various games before deciding that it really wasn't worth trying on four feet. But then they stopped at something that both of them were willing to agree on. It was one of those traditional tests of strength, where you take a hammer, slam it down on a platform, and this little thing will rise to hit a bell. Except that there was two- the original kind, and a modified version that allowed a Pokemon to simply tackle a pad. "If you manage to ring the bell, you get a red ticket." The Machoke running it told them, and Veritas slid him two Tokens, for each of them to give it a try. Morana started first, going back no farther than the red line that was limit of their allowed distance, and charged forward at the mat. (hard)

 Morana && VeritasThe little bell-ringer shot up as Morana slammed into the mat with her shoulder, and she bounced back off of it, dazed. Veritas watched it go up though, quite fast at first but decelerating very quickly...it stopped at a little over halfway before falling back down. "Aw, too bad. Better luck next time." The Machoke told the Houndoom, who made her way to the side so that Veritas could try. She stood on the line, crouched as if she was going to pounce. Her hind paws dug into the earth as she prepared herself. She could do this. As a Jolteon she could move much faster than Morana and she was also larger. Both meant that her run would exert much more force... --- As Veritas slammed into the mat she tucked her head in against her chest to avoid breaking her neck. She bounced back quite violently, barely catching herself or she would have easily fallen. A second later she heard the loud, clear sound of the bell. "Marvellous! Congratulations. Here is your promised reward." The Machoke handed her the red ticket, which she quickly stored in Morana's collar-pouch. "One coin left...want to try this again, or go for something else?""Let's...let's do something else." Morana shook her head, still trying to recover from the bouncing off a wall thing. Veritas, feeling similar, agreed and they left to wander once again. (hard)

 Ver -- ErudecaVer continued to walk about with the pouch locked within his jaws. He had his ticket buried in there somewhere. Being distracted by all around him as he looked for what to do next, he walked straight into Deca, wincing as he looked at her. "Tag!" Deca shouted before taking the pouch and walking off. Ver sighed and followed after her. The Flaafy stopped back at the crane machines and put a coin into the slot before taking the joystick. "I was already here..." "I wasn't!" Ver glared at the machine as she took control of the claw. ... Ver smirked as Deca picked up a plushie. Deca just whined, taking it out and throwing it at Ver. He leaned back on his hind legs quickly and caught it with his front paws. His eyes quickly darted back to Deca she wandered off, bored again, it seemed. ...She took the pouch too. Ver sighed, carefully taking the plushie in his mouth before leaning back down and walking off.

 - Gypsy - - Zephyr - "Again! Now tell me how to play!" Zephyr gave up another coin. He'd have to stop letting her get whatever she wanted so easily. It would start with these coins. He would be using the last two for himself.
Well, last one then. "Just watch me." He started up the game and nudged the joystick to move over something, then smashed the button in. And that was how you played Crane Game, son! He watched the crane go down, and bring up a capsule. He was hoping to win that Miltank plushie for her, but apparently he wasn't as good at the game as he thought he was. These tickets worked fine, though, they could probably trade them in for something later.
