"Ferris Wheel! Ferris Wheel!" Phione sang out as they headed down the midway. The little Water Type bounced about Era keeping a close eye on him as he went leisurely down the path, perfectly at ease. The Pikachu smiled, feeling like she might be able to relax a bit now; maybe this lack of serious business would be nice.

"Hey! Wait up!" a familiar voice called, although it sounded oddly muffled. Era and Phione both turned to find Riley hurrying toward them, something in his mouth. When he caught up he set his prize down on the ground for both to see. "I got it in the crane game," he remarked happily, "It reminded me of the Team."

"I love it," Era said with a smile, picking it up to examine it. It reminded her of fond memories of her first days in the Guild, and she hugged the plush toy, feeling a bit childish for doing so, "Thank you Riley." The Eevee blushed a little although it wasn't very visible and nodded a bit in acknowledgment.

"Me see!" Phione said, tugging on Era's arm. The Pikachu handed the plush over to Phione, who bounced up and down with delight. "Badge, badge!" he said happily, cuddling it close, and both Era and Riley laughed a bit at his excitement.

The trio found their eyes drawn to another group of Pokemon at a sort of concession stand. There were two separate groups sitting there and while their initial destination had been the Ferris Wheel, Phione hurried off toward the other Pokemon without warning and Era and Riley hurried after him. "Aliiiiiiice!" the Phione cried out, jumping over and hugging her, "Hi hi!" He was pleased to see his friend again and smiled happily at her.

The other two caught up to a moment after, and Era looked at the group that they'd just surprisingly encountered. "Hello again," she said to Alice, remembering the Ralts from a while back; she didn't know the Leafeon of Flaafy next to her, but that didn't mean they couldn't be social. "You know Alice Phione?"

"Yep yep!" he said, "Alice play hide-and-seek!" He bounced around in a circle only to stop and spot the Jirachi and Flareon nearby. Without a second thought he bounced over to them, and smiled, "Hi hi!" he said with a wave, "Who you?"

Hope flew off his face at the new voice so fast that Atra wondered for a moment if he had imagined the Jirachi right up against his eye a moment ago.

"Jiiii-rah! Jiiii~" The Jirachi said excitedly to the Phione, flying quick circles around the water type. Atra couldn't help but watch with amusement, a smile tugging at the edge of his lip. Damn kids can be cute sometimes.

"Her name's Hope." Atra offered as Melissa came back, trying her best to hold onto two candy apples and a bag of popcorn with her vines. She set them down on the table with relief as she looked around at the gathered crowd. She recognized some of them, having saw them in battle or just around the castle. So they must be from the guilds as well.

"Hello." Melissa waved with a vine when she noticed the Leafeon looking at them. Melissa didn't recognize her, but she has seen the ralts around before. They were probably together? "Having fun?"

The Bulbasaur herself obvious was. It was just so nice to get away from the missions and the attacks and the worrying. And the atmosphere at these Carnivals was always so great!

Atra decided to dig into the candy apple to avoid having to socialize. Melissa had set it on a plate in awareness of the fact he had no thumbs to hold the stick with, but Atra simply picked it up with a Kinesis and bit down into it.

He immediately regretted this as the candy stuck on the fur around his mouth. He pulled the apple away as he swallowed, one paw coming up to try and scratch off the small pieces of red candy that clung to his fur.

Red looked around wide-eyed, like a kid in a candy store. "I've never seen so many pokemon in one place at a time!" She said, amazed. Blue looked down at her, "Please just act you're age...you can be kind of-" "kind of what?" Red cut him off, glaring. He gulped, "nothing!" he said nervously, to which she looked away from him, content with the answer.

Purple had finally caught up to them, once again resisting getting on all fours and running. "You guys, wait up! Don't leave me behind!" he said, panting as he stopped next to them. "Theres also some games, I put the tokens in your bag Blue. Five of them" he huffed. "Huh? Oh, Thanks! lets see, five...do you want to play anything?" he asked the Rattata. "I'm not that good, you kids can have all of the tokens" He said, smiling. Blue shook his head, "Two for me, Two for Red, and one for you. its the least we could do" he told the Rattata.

"We should split up and make the most of this. We'll meet back here at the entrance later" He said, Red and Purple nodding. The went different ways, Blue walking towards the ferris wheel, Purple towards the performance alley, and Red just wandering around aimlessly looking for something that would catch her attention.

And then she saw it

The arcade, a place with all sorts of cool machines and flashing lights and such. But what really caught her attention was the dance machine. She made her way over to the four legged pokemons machine and looked at the screen in wonder, picking a song at random. The screen flashed over to a video with arrows flying up, Red putting her foot on the corresponding pad as the screen flashed, "Excellent!". Grinning, she followed the arrows in a rather fast dance as she moved around the whole mat of the machine, doing a few tricks like standing on two legs or dancing without the screen every now and then. This thing was so cool!

When Phione fell Hope stopped by the little water-type's side, suddenly concerned. But he seemed to be fine as he came right back up and she shrieked with laughter as he batted at her streamers. She turned sharply in midair and flew into the Phione with a hug.

"Fwen! Fwen!" She tried to echo Phione's last word.

Atra's fur flared for a moment, and suddenly the candy began to melt, turn black, and then simply flake off of his fur. The Flareon then brought his temperature back down, setting down the rest of the Candy Apple back onto its plate. Maybe he shouldn't touch that anymore. Melissa shook her head with a grin, and Atra blinked as two Razor Leaves came out, going cleanly through the apples so what was left was four, bite-sized pieces.

"Thanks." Atra mumbled, wondering why he hadn't thought of that himself as he levitated a piece right into his mouth. It wasn't too bad. The apple could be crisper, but it tasted all right. He was picking up his third piece when he noticed the other group coming their way. He turned his back to them as Melissa greeted them warmly.

"Good day! How are you all doing?" Damnit Atra, you can't just stay like this forever.

Devin waddled along the main path. He was not in the mood to do much except just walk along with Sally.
"Is something wrong Devin?" Sally asked. She was very protective over him, even though he was older than her.
"No, it's just, I am nervous about our first mission, y'know what I mean?" Devin asked her.
"Oh don't worry about it, we'll do great, as long as we pick something simple." Sally comforted Devin by rubbing up on him a bit. He always did need someone close by to watch over him.

-Performance Alley-

The Rattata watched as a Scrafty and two Scraggy danced, a radio playing some hip hop music for them as the Scrafty danced in front, the Scraggy as his back up. He watched with amusement, his eye catching the glint of a coin buried under some dirt. He picked it up and brushed off the specks of dirt, throwing it over to the trio with a happy look on his face before walking away.

He stopped at a spot where a contortionist was performing, looking over at the Totodile and Pidgey watching. He watched the Gallade with interest, how anyone could bend that way was beyond him, but at the same time it was pretty neat. He knew that he wouldn't be trying that any time soon, but maybe something else...

He picked up three pebbles from the ground, to another pokemon they may have been small but to a 1 foot Rattata they were perfect. Weighing them for a moment, he stepped away from the Gallade and began juggling the three pebbles, slowly at first but then gaining speed.

-Arcade-

Red lay on her side, panting as the screen in front of her flashed "High Score". Goodness, that was so much fun! One...more...time...

No, she was way too tired. She needed to pick something that diddn't involve using her whole body. She looked over at a row of machines, walking over to them as she looked at them with interest, stopping at an empty one for a fighting game. She looked at it for a moment before popping in a coin and picking her character, a Zangoose, and hitting "Vs. Com". Unknown to her, though, the machine was pitting her against another real player...an Ivysaur that was playing on the machine that was at the other side of hers. She waited as the game loaded and began, putting her paws over the control as she readied herself for the match
