xxx*Abilities: Can drain people's energie and release it in a blast again. It also copies there ability's into the devil fruit user. (energie of the devil fruit can be drained, but not everything, and it will be weaker then the original user)

(energie of the devil fruit can be drained, but not everything, and it will be weaker then the original user) (when you say "drain the energy of a devil's fruit" do you mean so the original user can't use it?) I think you might need to limit this. Maybe have it so the power can only be drained when the user touches another person/user.

Thats what I ment with that. If I touch someone with my ability (black fire appears) then I drain/COPY his devil fruit, to a weaker status. So that mean I have the same ability's but weaker, and I can drain an attack, or the energie of all nature and living things around me, and send out a blast. Tough the draining nature thing is strong and takes a while.

Homaru Mikachi Thats what I ment with that. If I touch someone with my ability (black fire appears) then I drain/COPY his devil fruit, to a weaker status. So that mean I have the same ability's but weaker, and I can drain an attack, or the energie of all nature and living things around me, and send out a blast. Tough the draining nature thing is strong and takes a while. accepted, but be careful not to make yourself too strong with this.

(This is for a High ranked marine character ofcourse, admiral or even fleet admiral)
