Here's my deck, a Cyber Dragon build I've been toying with, it is currently in Traditional Format, and I am open to suggestions for modding it for Advanced if anyone is feeling generous.
CyberStyle Onslaught:
Malefic Cyber End Dragon x1 Cyber Barrier Dragon x1 Cyber Laser Dragon x1 Cyber Dragon x3
Proto-Cyber Dragon x3 Cyber Dragon Zwei x3 Cyber Phoenix x1 Armored Cybern x2 Cyber Valley x2 Cyber Ouroboros x2 Cyber Kirin x1
Overload Fusion x1 Power Bond x1 Machine Duplication x2 Polymerization x2 De-Fusion x1 Photon Generator Unit x1 Fusion Gate x1 Dimension Fusion x1
Time Machine x1 Cyber Shadow Gardna x1 Staunch Defender x1 Spirit Barrier x1 Magic Jammer x1 Attack Reflector Unit x1 Michizure x1 Metal Reflect Slime x1 Dark Bribe x1 Return from the Different Dimension x1 Bottomless Trap Hole x1
Cyber Twin Dragon x2 Cyber End Dragon x2 Chimeratech Overdragon x1 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon x1
I use Cyber Ouroboros with Cyber Valley's second effect. I usually equip Armored Cybern to Proto-Cyber Dragon, use Cybern's effect and target Proto-Cyber Dragon with Machine Duplication.
Before you post please keep in mind: - Michizure will be removed for DNA Surgery. - One Machine Duplication will be removed for Super Polymerization, I'm waiting to get DNA Surgery before using Super Poly.
Thanks for taking the time to look over my deck. =^D

Its a build that reminds me when I saw the release of cyiber dragon and the decks with it.. so I would rait this a 4-1/2 . The all monster cyber deck is a 'Eh' use but with the next pack cyber dragon is born a-new.. so keep strong and the idea is good . I do recommend building a counter for or stile that would give you cyber dragon boost and keep your enemy from using your own cyber agenced you with there own Chimeratech Fortress Dragon... But I like to see cybers in the world of monarchs. ^^
Suggestions: Remove: Armored Cybern Cyber Ouroboros Cyber Laser Dragon Cyber Barrier Dragon Photon Generator Unit Attack Reflector Unit Michizure Malefic Cyber End Dragon (very nice card but side it unless you run field spells that stay alive)
Add in : ( for what I know ) Machina Fortress 1 or 2 (speed and power) Dark hole +1 Monster reborn +1 Mirror force( its a common now biggrin )

I appreciate the suggestions, which are good suggestions. However I think it pulls from the theme I want this deck to have.
Armored Cybern is in there twice not only for Machine Duplication but its own effect and some defense.
I could probably go without a second Ouroboros, was thinking about that lately and maybe using Cyber Falcon or even Cyber Esper. The Latter being a BIG maybe.
I'd prefer to keep Barrier and Laser if possible, mostly for fodder for Overdragon, using them as discard fodder for Magic Jammer if they come up, and PGU can special summon Laser even from the graveyard. Not to mention you can special summon Barrier Dragon in DEF, which is usually the route I go with it, 2800 DEF will usually give me time to build up a good offense.
Michizure is only a filler of course, so this is an expected entry, might replace it with Mirror Force, like you suggested.
Malefic Cyber End Dragon is a difficult card to let go of, as you stated it is a nice card, but the text states that if there is no field spell in play, destroy it. Whether it is just my interpretation of this condition, but it doesn't state if YOU have to control this field spell, and some of the cards have gotten into specific wording before. For new players checking this out, Alien Infiltrator states you can move it from one monster card zone to the next. We veteran players know that you can't just slide a monster over to fill up a recently opened space, but the point is, that if it was required the field spell be under your control Konami would have made sure to say so on all Malefic monsters. But as far as field spells that stay alive a Field Barrier would help.
My decks run in a specific amount of cards.
6 Level 5+ monsters 14 Level 4 or lower 10 Spells 10 Traps
I've found it pretty much balances the deck, and gives me a way to set the deck so it comes up properly, without cheating to do so.
Machina Fortress is a nice card, I only have 1 of them sadly, and I prefer Laser Dragon's effect.
Not sure I like Dark Hole, considering I'd have to have no monsters to benefit from it, sure it gives me fusion material for Overdragon, but it also leaves me open to an attack.
Monster Reborn is a great card, and I might use Monster Reincarnation in its place, because I'd like to mod this deck for advanced format one day.
Mirror Force, it was a sad day when Konami made this classic card a common. Though it helped me use the card in more than one deck, since I have a Super Rare version and have had it for years, it makes owning a Mirror Force as great as playing Change of Heart or Heavy Storm now. But its still a great suggestion and I'll replace Michizure with it. tysm! =^D

Cyber Ouroboros doesn't work with Cyber Valley. It misses timing.

I find that hard to believe. Unless I missed an Errata for it.

Cyber Ouroboros When this card is removed from play, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to draw 1 card.
Because it says "can", it misses timing and you can't use the effect when removed with cyber valley

It's in the wording. In text: • "When this card is removed from play, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to draw 1 card."The association of the two bold words together means that the card must reach a certain moment in play in order for you to be able to voluntarily activate. Meaning, during resolution of an effect or battle calculation, Cyber Ouroboros being removed from play must be the very last event to occur. Now, looking at Cyber Valley, Cyber Valley has rulings in which it makes Cyber Ouroboros null and void: • "'Cyber Valley's' second effect targets 'Cyber Valley' and 1 face-up monster you control. They are removed from play when the effect resolves."• "'Cyber Valley's' third effect targets 1 card in your Graveyard. 'Cyber Valley' and 1 card from your hand are removed from play when the effect is resolved."Now, the importance of these is knowing Cyber Valley and the additional monsters are removed during resolution of the effect. In the occurrence of a chain, Cyber Valley would activate and remain on the field until your opponent responds or passes the opportunity to, then in one resolution, remove itself and any other monster required from play and fulfill the effect. If you had Cyber Valley and Cyber Ouroboros on the field, at resolution, they are both removed and you draw two cards. If you have Cyber Valley on the field and Cyber Ouroboros in the hand, you remove them from play and then return the selected monster prior to resolution to the top of the deck. In both effects, the monsters being removed from play aren't the last event to take place in resolution. Therefore, Cyber Ouroboros misses its opportunity to activate. Links supporting these rulings: 1, 2. I'm not posting for you to believe me. I'm posting because it's true. Aside from that, the entire deck could use a lot of work. Even for casual.

Oh I see, yeah I know you're not posting to for me to believe you. Just needed a little explanation on it. Yeah I know the deck needs a lot of work. Hence why I was asking for help. Most people I talked to suggested I basically turn it into a Machine type deck, and that's not what I want. I do appreciate the explanation however.

Teching a few things (like Machina Fortress) doesn't change the overall make-up of the deck.

@The Shockingly Anonymous Yeah, I know, but pulling Barrier and Laser to me does, I wanted a Cyberstyle build that focused on CyDra.
@Fresh Pron Wow... that's just... I've never even heard of those first two synchros.
If I didn't have close to 6000 cards I'd post them all and ask someone make me a deck that way.
But here it goes.
Monsters: 6 3 Cyber Dragon 1 Machina Fortress 1 Machina Gearframe 0 Karakuri Saizan 0 Karakuri Nishipachi 0 Karakuri Haipa 1 Cyber Phoenix 0 Glow Up Bulb 0 Needle Soldier
Magic: 8 1 Giant Trunade 1 Pot of Avarice 1 Fusion Gate 1 Future Fusion 1 Overload Fusion 1 Dark Hole 1 Monster Reborn 1 Book of Moon
Traps: 7 1 Bottomless Traphole 2 Traphole 2 Trap Stun 1 Mirror Force 1 Torrential Tribute 0 Solemn Judgement
Synchros: 9 0 Karakuri steel shogun Bureido 0 Karakuri shogun Burei 2 Stardust Dragon 1 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon 2 Cyber Twin Dragon 2 Cyber End Dragon 2 Chimeratech Overdragon 0 AoJ Catastor
That's what I have and how many copies of each I have.
Thanks for the suggestion though. =^D

What Fresh Porn gave you are Karakuri, which is a deck type you can look into if you wish to be competitive. One KMP(Karakuri Machina Plant) deck did make the top 32 spot in the latest YCS, which you can find at http://www.konami.com/yugioh/blog/. With a casual idea in mind, it lacks focus. It's about Cyber Dragon, okay, but then what? What kind of strategy? What's the streamline you want to follow, with what outcome? Is it meant to be a simple beat-down, or do you want to throw Fusions onto the table like it's pocket change? This is what you need to think about. 3 Cyber Dragon 3 Cyber Dragon Zwei 2 Cyber Eltanin 2 Shining Angel 2 E-HERO Prisma 1 E-HERO Stratos 1 Honest 3 Upstart Goblin 2 Mystical Space Typhoon 2 Polymerization 1 Future Fusion 1 Overload Fusion 1 Monster Reborn 1 Book of Moon 1 Dark Hole 1 Reinforcement of the Army 3 Reckless Greed 2 Bottomless Trap Hole 2 Trap Stun 1 Dimensional Prison 1 Torrential Tribute 1 Mirror Force 1 Trap Dustshoot 1 Return from a Different Dimension 2 Cyber Twin Dragon 2 E-HERO The Shining 1 Cyber End Dragon 1 Chimeratech Overdragon 1 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon This is, really, something I just came up with off of the top of my head. The primary focus is to Fusion Summon, which is what Cyber Dragon was, and in some ways still is, all about. E-HEROs also have a focus on this primary goal, specifically, E-HERO Prisma creates openings for you to have even more Cyber Dragons without the necessity of Proto-Cyber Dragon. It also provides alternatives such as E-HERO The Shining, depending on which situation would be better. This is the best I could think of, with a budget.
