I have been writing poetry for a few years now and a few friends have dubed my works as souls in their own right.My work tends to be one thing but mean another to someone else.I don't have very much now because most was burned in a house fire but what I do have I hope you will enjoy.

I kiss you upon your small pink cheek
Because for now you must sleep
And in the morning I will weep
For in your dreams of love and hope
You were taken on a beautiful white boat
The Lord's angels have taken you away
And I shall cry everyday
Until I see your shining blue eyes
Watching the birds fly by

Falling Angels

I miss the world
I miss my life
I miss this plce before the fight
I want them home
He wants them there
None of us find this fair

The world around me is falling
Yet no one hears the angels calling
No one feels their tears
No one knows their fears
Angels are falling from the sky
This is the last chance to say goodbye

Angels' Song

Close your eyes to the gentle breeze
I hear a light tune as the dewdrops freeze
Sit with me all day long
For today I hear an angel's song
Can you hear the angels singing
Do you see how the notes are clinging
People stop in their tracks
Men take off their hats
Children look to the skies
Women close their eyes
The angels song is sweet and light
Their soft voices stop the fight
Close your eyes to the gentle breeze
