1) Posts frequently
2) Teaches the class well, doesn't just chat with the students.
3) Socalizes with other members in the guild (In the great hall, and in the grounds)
4) Brings new ideas to the guild, has a good imagination.
5) Someone you think wouldn't abuse power or tell-off other members for little or no reason.
