Hey guys. Since mine and Telvanni's OC's are going to go through some MAJOR events here in the next few months, we decided it would be cool and very beneficial to have a thread that is going to organize these events! For those of you have no idea what’s going on, here’s a little run down for you:
-Nerevar Telvanni is Kenneth Reynolds and I, 0-Azula-0, am Aludra Yvette.
-While Kenneth may be a teacher and Auror now, he was a student just last year. Aludra is in her last year of Hogwarts right now, but when she started in the guild last year, she was a 6th year.
-Now for a trip back in time to when Aludra was in her 6th year and Kenneth was in his 7th year at Hogwarts. He was the goodie goodie of the class and was a prime example for new students. Aludra was the evil little toe rag Slytherin that all Gryffindors despised.
-Over the course of the year, Aludra began to develop a crush on him. This resulted in Kenneth asking her to the Yule Ball.
-They were very good friend up until the Yule Ball, then they became boyfriend and girlfriend after sharing their first kiss. Their relationship blossomed and grew into something magical and beautiful after that.
-Naturally, there was some fooling around and other deviant things that were going on between them. It started off as just very passionate kissing and turned into hot and heavy RAWR.
-The rawr and smex went on for a bit, and then we come to the present!
Now that they are going to be married, we need to start planing all the events: the Wedding, the Wedding Reception, and of course the traditional honeymoon. For those of you who have NO idea what the heck I’m talking about and have lived under a rock all of these years, information is directly below.
-Wedding: A wedding is the ceremony in which two people are united in marriage or a similar institution. The ceremony is sometimes followed by a wedding reception.
-Wedding Reception: A wedding reception is a party held after the completion of a marriage ceremony. Hosts provide their choice of food and drink, although a wedding cake is popular. This is where the couple would share the first dance and possible have a wedding cake fight. Entertaining guests after a wedding ceremony is traditional in most societies, and can last anywhere from half an hour to many hours or even days.
-Honeymoon:A honeymoon is the traditional holiday taken by newlyweds. In many parts of Europe it was traditional to supply a newly married couple with enough mead for a month, ensuring happiness and fertility. (Maybe once things slow down in the guild we can bring back the babies... but I digress.)
Now that we have definitions down and we’re all caught up on the story lines, we can begin out planning below. Please note that the following posts will be updated as needed. Everyone who wishes to be a part of an event is more then welcome to join in the fun! In fact, I hope all of you will be involved. I welcome questions, comments, and suggestions about anything I/we have written or discussed here. Another little note I want to mention, all of the wedding happening will be going on in some type of forum or topic if we get permission. Wish us luck!
As of April 13th 2011: RP events that have taken place in Aludra and Kenneth relationship have changed. The twins NEVER happened. During those nights of wild "fun" protection was used. Next up the HUGE fight they had also never happened. Seeing as the hormones from the twins birth had been the start of that fight, with the twins removal those hormones are gone and fight never happened. And since that fight never happened events that happened to take place after that fight. (The "fun" between Aya and Ken) did not happen either. So basically any event that didn't have to deal with the twins or that fight will still happened. As Kenneth still planned to propose to Aludra during the Valentines Day dance, and not b/c she was pregnant that event will still happen. Basically if it deals with twins or fight then they are invalid null and void never happened, everything else is still good.
