You are the apple...
I want a girl to hold... (There are many) I want a girl who wants me to hold her... (There are a few) I want a girl who, when i hold her, it feels right... (There are a few as well)
While i'm not in a relationship, i at least want a girl who fits those three requirements. But there's only one girl who does (my best friend/ex-girlfriend) and i'm afraid of losing her to a relationship.
Am i addicted to affection; the feeling of a girl in my arms?
and I am your core.

At one time I was addicted to love. I craved hearing someone tell me "I love you" I sort of still do, it's the sense of being acknowledged and adored by someone. heart

I don't feel like "addicted" would be the right word at all. "Desire" perhaps. A type of desire that's completely natural, normal, & healthy.
It's human nature to want to love & to be loved (especially to be loved). I think we all want somebody to hold, & we all want somebody to want to hold us, & we all want somebody who, when we hold them, it feels right. Some people just acknowledge that fact a lot more than other people do; acknowledge it both in terms of expressing it to other people, as well as admitting it to themselves.

Well if you're addicted with wanting someone to be with, I'm pretty sure like 2/3rds of the world has that problem.

You're not addicted, you just want somebody to love who will love you in return.
Humans are creatures that were meant to be together; we are social animals... I am the same way. Most people are.
Consider what you feel to be a higher calling, and not as anything to be ashamed of.

Thats my problem too.
I have someone, but we're kind of seperated right now, and it sucks BIG TIME not having her to go home to. And you know you cant find anyone else because what are the chances they enjoy the physical contact and the emotional connection that comes from that?
Its hard, to be sure. If you dont want to lose her/get her back though, play to her heart. Make her know your are the best person who can make her feel lik shes the only girl in the world. The only one that matters. She wont leave you for anyone. Cuz you'll die inside when she does. And she will. Its a time bomb.
Does that help?
