Friend seems pretty adamant about me doing it with him so he doesn't feel so weird. Thing is, it'll involve working out, eating better, and hours of practice. All things I don't like doing. God forbid, by the time I'm done, I'll look like Moroseth.
Though, I reckon I should start preparing now. Anybody know any lean protein-rich easy-to-make meals?

Broil 80/20 beef. Low fat and it is pretty tasty if you add some A1. Salad (ew) Fish, chicken, that fun stuff

Avacado/Bacon/Creamcheese sandwich on toasted sourdough + Cranberry Juice
Workout meal of champions
Also Peanutbutter and honey sandwiches

Frog Apocalypse Broil 80/20 beef. Low fat and it is pretty tasty if you add some A1. Salad (ew) Fish, chicken, that fun stuff My food vocabulary is meh. What is 80/20 beef? Also, for salad, anybody know if Blue Cheese dressing would be detrimental?

You ppl eat some weird s**t, but must say cranberry juice is good and it cleans you out.
i lost about 15bl just by giving up beef and and cutting back a lot on pop.

Fast Metabolism = Cheat codes.
All I do is work out for two hours a day and run the tread while watching reruns of Family guy and southpark on Tivo. I can eat a ******** pizza and still be as thin as I am now.
If Parkour is the same thing as free running, Do it. I'm always getting fined for trespassing on peoples roofs though ):

Easy things to do to lose weight and build lean muscle
Don't workout with weights, use your own body weight
Replace Soda with juice
Replace Fatty meats with fish and Chicken
Salads with Chicken are great
Hearty Veggies filled with carbs like yams and potatoes and s**t
