Top Top is coming to RAWR, but what is Top Top? A list of the best videos on Youtube, or elsewhere online.
There will be categories.
There will be a jury to judge those categories.
And there will be good fun all around!

@ Kallisto: The list? You never got back to me when I asked if you would put the idea in the newspaper. Communication is a big thing for me otherwise I assume nothing is happening.
