This is a story of a man who went out to college to get a successfully job. But before leaving, his little friend next door, hated him for that. They have never been seperated in their whole lives. Until now. But then after a while he comes back, and want to see his little friend again. But it has been 3 years, and his little friend is 14 now. What happens when his little friend was holding a grudge for when he left?

Darius sighed as he walked up to the old home he new as his friend's. He himself had left to go to college, leaving his younger friend behind but they had gotten into a fight before he had left. God. I wonder if he will forgive me. Darius thought, knowing on the door.

 Noah was the one to answer the door as always. He opened it, staring up at the person who was standing in front of him. That dark hair, those eyes. Darius!? His eyes widened, then glared, then he slammed the door on his face.

Darius leaned against the door. "So I take it you don't forgive me?" he questioned, sadness lining his voice.

Noah's mother came to answer the door, holding a saddened face also. "Sorry..just...he's still mad at you..would you like to come in?" She questioned him. You could see in the doorway, noah was sitting on the couch, playing video games.

"Yes, thank you." Darius said walking around Noah's mother. "It's been a while since I have been here." he commented.

Noah looked at darius quickly, then quickly back towards his game, glaring a bit at the screen, and his father came out. "Would you like anything to eat, or drink?"

"Water would be nice.' Darius said, smiling. "How have you guys been?" he asked, sitting down in a chair.

His mother went to get some water for him, and his mother sighed "Good..just this guy over here is flunking school..". Noah glared at his mother for a second, then took away the glare, looking at darius for a little bit, then zoomed back to the t.v.

"Oh." Darius said. He turned to look at Noah. "Now why the smart Noah be flunking? I thought you like school." he tipped his head in a childish manner, a habit that he had always had and couldn't get rid of.

Noah looked over at darius and shook his head gently, and got up "Your fault..now I need to study for a test.." He said, throwing the controller onto the couch and ran to his own room.

"So I see." Darius turned back to Noah's parents. "I guess he is still mad at me. I came here to apologize but I'm not sure that, that is going to happen now."

Noah's parents smiled, loking at one another, then got up with a gentle sigh. She called noah downstairs, and all you can hear was him running down the stairs, and stood there, leaning against the railing. Then the parents announced, looking at darius and noah. "Today, me and the neighbours were planning on going on vacation. So you two will be spending two nights together. So then you will get to spend time together like when you were younger. So, have fun~" They said with a wide smile, and before noah could yell and argue, they slammed the door shut and left. Noah looked at darius, and sat on the couch, sitting beside him. "What you wanna do.."

"Well," Darius tapped his fingers on his lips in thought. "One, i would like to apologize. I am very truly sorry for back then. Is there anyway in your heart that you can forgive me, Noah?" he questioned, looking at Noah.
