example:
Best: Sasuke
why: He makes the story more interesting but it somewhat irratates me that he won't come back.
worst:Shino
why:never in the shows! He's just a waste of space!

Why:She is very skilled in battle,assits the 5th hokage and loves pigs!Seriously,what more can a girl want!?
Worst:Orochimaru
Why:He is freaky a!Looks like a girl(probably gay) and scares the living s**t out of me!!Did I metion freaky!?!?!
