And I come across a game that at the time was the most popular game among my nerd group. The game was so much fun to play, its replay value was possibly the greatest I've ever expierianced simply because the the game was fun, the controls were smooth, and the concept was just amusing.
Your in a future japan where expresion is outlawed. (so no art or music allowed)
You and your gang of radicals shred around tokyo on Rollerblades, breakdancing, collecting paint cans, avoiding cops and other gangs, spray painting art, and blasting eclectic style music.
It was the most "unfairly ignored game" in the OXM UK awards the year of its release.
Anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about sucks a**.
EDIT: Moro would love this game.

I know what game your talking about it looked amazing, wanted to hunt it down but i dont know what its called,
funny you sould call out Moro, watching robot chicken tonight some shirtless rave kid with glow sticks pop up in a light saber battle and and i thought, Moro.
