Note that I don't own the Henka Clan, I just thought it was interesting and wanted to create a character for it. It says Rin Kairu is the owner but..her last post was 5 months ago..that and I don't think anybody even has a Henka character.

OLD

Cerbi
Clan Name: Henka (Anima)

Village: Base is in Stone. Branches can be in other villages.

Private/Public? : Just ask to join. There is some sorting out to do.

Description of Limit:

The Henka clan have an animal gene. There are 3 stages in the transformation.
1st stage- Small transformation (animal ears or tails. Hybrid animal) with small skill boost (see species boost what animal gets which boost).
2nd Stage- 'Werewolf' stage where person is exactly half and half with their animal with a slighly larger skill boost.
3rd stage- Full transformation. It's a painful process that takes a lot of chakra, but unlike henge, nin is the animal in the flesh and blood. Greater skill boost.

Species are catagorized into certain branches

Canine Branch - Includes dogs and wolves
Skill Boost - Wisdom (Listen) Ability to track

Feline Branch - Includes house hold cats and big cats (tigers, lions, ect.)
Skill Boost - Dexterity (Balance)

Horse-like Branch (4 legged) - Includes animals like horses, zebras, okapis, gazelles.
Skill Boost- Strength (Or Dex, depending on the animal)

Rodent Branch - Includes animals like rats, tasmainian devils, mice.
Skill Boost- Intellegence (Move Silently, hide) Strength -1

Armour Branch - Includes animals like turtles and armadilloes.
Skill Boost- Constitution

Ursine Branch - Includes animals like bears, pandas, koalas.
Skill Boost- Strength (taijutsu)

History: Arufa Henka was an ambitious father. He had a wife and a small toddler for a kid. They lived on the borders of Stone Country, deep in the wilderness. He was practicing seals, hearing of the threat of demons in other countries. But one day, their pet dog Inu and his kid, Rebecca, were nearby when his seal malfunctioned. After the massive blast, he rushed over to his daughter, who was looking a little misshapen. The dog was gone, but it didnt take him long to figure out where the dog had gone.

He was very sorry for doing this to his daughter, and in discust, the wife left. Rebecca grew up with a semi-normal life, training hard every day and learned to control the dog genes inside of her. She later met a guy who was very interested with her story. When they had a kid, they realised it still held the dog gene. Rebecca taught their kid how to control it as he grew up.

Over many many generations, the tactics were perfected, the full capibilty of the gene realised. Not only that, but many more people had joined the clan, with other animals, creating the branch families. It wasnt long before there were hybrids, people with two animal genes. It put a huge strain on the body just to contain them, never mind use the different stages. But for those who mastered it, a very selected few (1 in every generation), were named head of the clan.

There are strict rules in the clan. Branch families can only reproduce with their own kind or an outsider (with the head's permission of course). Only 5 people at a time can have twin animal genes.

With the nature of the animals, war broke out with the branches. A small scale war broke out with the dogs and cats. The horses disliked the way the dogs were, but didnt side with the cats, they stayed neutral, along with the armour animal branch. The rodents felt like pray to the cats, so they joined the canines, and the bears joined with the cats.

It was obvious they couldnt stay with each other. So they spread out. The main branch has anchored themselves in Iwagakure along with the dogs, rodents, and some of the horse and armour branch members. The couldnt stand to be in the dogs presence and stayed anywhere but in Stone Country. The bears have become neutral and can be seen anywhere, but prefer the cat company, and sometimes found with horses and the armour branch.

In game Stats:

1st Stage-
+2 mod to the responding abilty and skill.
If no skill (horses and armor) then +3 to abilty.

2nd Stage-
+6 mod to responding ability and skill.
If no skill, then +8 to ability.

3rd Stage-
-1/6 Hp [always round up [I did say it was painful]
+10 mod to responding ability and skill.
If no skill, +14 to responding ability.

Jutsu List:

Jutsu Name: 1st Stage - Kihongenri
Description of Jutsu: Grants the anima a small boost in abilty and skill. Comes with animal ears, tails, or other minor body parts.
Cp Cost: 25
Damage: None
Requirements: Anima must be level 5 and genin.
Training: With the branch leader or elder (who has mastered this level) for 8 days.
Special: +2 mod in the responding skill and ability. (or +3 if there is no ability with the animal)
Owner: Branch Heads and various elders.

Jutsu Name: 2nd Stage - Chuukyuu
Description of Jutsu: Werewolf stage where anima is half animal, half beast.
Cp Cost: 50 + 5 for every two posts.
Damage: None
Requirements: Anima must be level 10 and chuunin.
Training: With the branch leader or elder (who has mastered this level) for 15 days.
Special: +6 mod in the responding skill and ability. (or +8 if there is no ability with the animal)
Owner: Branch Heads and various elders.

Jutsu Name: Final Stage - Kyuukyou
Description of Jutsu: Grants the anima a larger boost in skill, and allows for animal transformation.
Cp Cost: 100 + 10 for every post.
Damage: None
Requirements: Anima must be level 25 and jounin.
Training: With the branch leader or elder (who has mastered this level) for 2 months.
Special: +10 mod in the responding skill and ability. (or +14 if there is no ability with the animal) Because of the painful transformation, it takes 1/6 of your health to transform to animal, and another 1/6 to turn back.
Owner: Branch Heads and various elders.

Note: For main branches, they can only use the benefit of one animal at a time. So no using two animals at once. This prevents sdome weird cross-breed. They also have to go from person to first animal, and then back to human before turning to their second animal. Many main branches use one animal at a time.

Owner: Rin Kairiu
Branch Heads are unkown for now.

NEW

Clan Name: Henka

Village: Originated in Iwagakure, but branch families can be found anywhere.

Element Affinity: Earth

Description of Clan: A product of a fuinjutsu gone wrong, the members of this clan have now become animal half-breeds. Although retaining the ability to speak and function in society normally, they have the benefits of the creatures of the animal kingdom.

Physical Appearance: Their human side is dependent on what their human parent looked like; hair color, bone makeup, and height/weight are all determined from the non-Henka side of the family. Depending on their parent, the Henka within them manifests itself in whatever form their animal side looks like. Many generalize Henka's as the shinobi with cat ears or dog tails. Some from the heavy armor branch even wear giant turtle shells instead of ANBU armor to protect them.

It put a huge strain on the body just to contain them, never mind using the different stages. But for those who mastered it, a very selected few (1 in every generation), were named head of the clan. The couldnt stand to be in the dogs presence and stayed anywhere but in Stone Country. The bears have become neutral and can be seen anywhere, but prefer the cat company, and sometimes found with horses and the armour branch.

Habits and Social Structure: In most villages the Henka clan is only an extremely small family or group of families. Without a huge compound to sustain them, they generally live in the same residential area as others of their animal affinity. Not very famous in shinobi lore, they are relatively unknown in the world and in most villages, besides Iwagakure.

Quirks and Special Features: As half animals(anima), most Henka's are extremely loyal to the people who befriend them. The rodent branch is the only exception to this, as sometimes they betray their close companions in order to achieve higher states of power. The animal within them gives them great passion, so they are always extremely hyperactive in everything they do.

That aside, the mythical branch should be thrown out due to the nature of the clan. That is the main problem I have with it.

There should also be a cp cost per round to maintain the animal form. 2 for stage one, 6 for stage two and 10 for stage 3.

NO U!

Yeah okay... fine, I am will be honest.

I hate this clan. Mainly because it can't happened in the narutoverse. That s**t in the anime with the guy from the first chapter turned into an animal, NOT CANON.

Anime fillers are not canon... And I am not going to approve this s**t.

Actually, I'm not the original owner. The original was... someone who left a long time ago? I cannot remember her name right now and I feel awful for it. ANyway, I was given the clan because I had two Henka characters at the time, both were in the waterfall village, but... the village died soon after I jumped in and my characters usage was null. So, yeah.

Also, Qyp, if you think about it... a lot of the clans in the guild, whether approved or not, couldn't really happen in the Narutoverse... but they still get approved. The Henka clan is one of the really old ones when the guild first started, so... logical thinking of whateverness that is in place now was probably not in palce then, especially as a whole different group was crew then. This guild is on it's... third set of new crew? The only one that's consuistant is Kouri, I think.

Anyway... the only real suggestion I have for this clan is... if there is to be a boost in an attribute, you should lessen another attribute.

For instance...

Canine Branch - Includes dogs/wolves
Skill Pro/Con: +Wisdom/-Dexterity

Feline Branch - Includes house hold cats and big cats (tigers, lions, ect.)
Skill Pro/Con: +Dexterity/-Wisdom

Horse-like Branch (4 legged) - Includes animals like horses, zebras, okapis, gazelles.
Skill Pro/Con: +Charisma/-Constitution

Rodent Branch - Includes animals like rats, tasmainian devils, mice.
Skill Pro/Con: +Intelligence/-Strength

Armour Branch - Includes animals like turtles and armadilloes.
Skill Pro/Con: +Constitution/-Charisma

Ursine Branch - Includes animals like bears, pandas, koalas.
Skill Pro/Con: +Strength/-Intelligence

This way it is more balanced and believable. For instance... the armour group should not look attractive... and the rodent group shouldn't be stronger than any of the other groups. Ya know?
