I know, stupid name, hate using Stuff, but, i need a thread for suggestions, announcements, just general things i need to do as Guild Captain... Just stuff i think and others who pm think should be done.... if fact, i already have a few things that we should do....
-Cleaning threads- ok, we need to clean up dead threads, as well as add in some new subs. For instance, we need a new crew forum.
-Crew- Most guilds would only have 6 or 7 people on the crew, but, Atlantean just promoted whoever... not that i dont think you are all VERY capable of being in the crew, but, i think we should minimize it to an official panel of 6 or 7 people. THIS IS UP FOR POLL, so, if you don't think we should re-create, please vote in the poll i will put up on the front of the guild forums.
-Name- Someone pm-ed me about this. Maybe we should consider a new name since we are not actually the OFFICIAL Hetalia guild. Please vote on this in the attached poll, and, if you guys agree, we will decide on a new name.
-Mule for Donations- another thing i was pm-ed on. A mule account for the guild that people can donate to to fund Contests and such. All members of the Crew, as well as Vices and me will have the password, so, the chance of theft is lower. I have not made the mule yet, but, hope to create it in the future, as long as no one is against it.
✔-Front Page- again, pm. We just have two pictures and barely anything... i have a layout im working on, but, i think we need a nicer looking front page... after all, the front page is supposed to represent us...
ok, thats the current stuffs... please read them over and give me some feedback~

K, new stuff is up. BTW! for the cleaning, my time is limited do to school and we have a LOT to clean up, so, please, if you can, try and move threads to where they are more appropriate if you see it should be there. some help would be much appreciated.

yeah... well, i find we need some more organization... if you look at the front page, i just made us a new front XD hope you guys like. I didnt truly know what to write for text, so, if you guys have a better idea, feel free to speak up. sweatdrop

The changes around the guild and the front page are coming along wonderfully, Russia!
I have a few mules I can offer up to be the guild's mule if you want, I've been using him only for Marketplace play.

As for the name~ How bout Hetalia Hangout or something to that effect?
Maybe we should thin out the members too? There are quite a few that haven't posted at all. I don't know if it actually matters though >>

☩ Thinning out members is a hard work. Russia will definitely need a nice crew for that job. ._. I remember trying to thin out a guild once. @_@ it was awful.

@ Ta- gah, thats good, my last guild i was in charge of died off ages ago, so, im out of practice as a captain... and, yeah, i need a good crew for help... urg, its so hard tho cause then i have to choose between people gonk
@ oresama- well.... XD im glad i can provide those better hands XD hmmm, for name, i was gonna pot in 'Maru kaite Chikyuu', which was the name of my old guild that died. which, i can easily give to this guild XD hmmm, maybe... tho, we have like, 400 something... that would be a HUGE project.

Oh....Now that I think of it...back then I didn't have the ANNOUNCEMENT feature!
:,D Notifying a thinning out is so much easier now!.
First thing would definitely tell people who no longer have interest in guild is to quit. then for those who Lurk to announce that they dont want to be booted.

Where should I put Threads about Cosplay?
Threads about videos and pictures in the Random Discussion... Should they stay there? Just random things eh~?
The First Art Sub-Forum has threads for free art~ should I leave them there or add to the new Art shops sub-forum? (I think that the free art threads should go there.... So as to not get lost in the Picture / Video / etc. posts...)

I put many before in the now 'Guild Related Discussion.' Though many are just dead / long ago information.

Maru Kaite Chikyuu - a Hetalia Guild?
True~ Should be okay between 6 or 7 people though right? Maybe set up some rules too so we don't accept just anyone. Just something like, post at least once week.
